Push day today, main focus is chest today, i usually hit push 2 x per week but opted to just once this week as i felt i needed the recovery. couple more pics sent to Jordan. Things moving in the right direction. will post full diet and protocol this weekend.

As above, never had my bfat tested during any prep, some people look leaner and different Bfat readings. If you feel like your getting too soft then lower your carbs and increase activity a little for a short period before you push the cals up again, this is just a reset for your body to allow you to utilise food better.

sperm count was still low but HMG can take 3 months to work. I’m considering coming off everything in November and putting full effort into fertility. This would include a big PCT and HMG cycle.

just to add to this I ran HCG/HMG/Clomid while on cycle as I have used this protocol with myself and others to boost sperm. I know some would say there is no need for the clomid but its there for producing more sperm as it seems if you do this when on cycle sperm per ml never gets much above average if at all.
so my theory is taking clomid and proviron to increase sperm volume helps this aspect.
I ran this for 6 weeks during a cruise phase January into febuary and then started a cycle that was 2g total. I got a sperm test done 12 weeks after finishing the HMG/HCG/Clomid n proviron cycle still using the proviron as I always do
My sperm was just below average at 10 million per ml, the doc said this was all ok
motility and life span were both above average and this was taken while on a heavy cycle.
they did note the small amount produced however so if fertility was my main concern at the time I would of stayed on that.
I do agree with Dean as we have discussed this lots that coming off I feel is the best way as does he if its your total goal.
My aim after this show will be to get my bird pregnant ASAP so I will be coming off and running this protocol until she falls.

Yer me too buddy, come end of oct or early November il come off completely, this is the first time ive run TRT, usually i always come off but my natural levels where hitting 9mmol so i thought TRT would be best. Yes 1ml is fine in a 1ml insulin pin. Side of legs are good as are shoulders. Your Glutes and quads can hold more than your shoulders as they are larger muscle groups.

as above try and limit the big binges. Low carb for a few days will help with water retention aswell as staying hydrated.

HCG at 2500iu mon and Thursday with 75iu hmg mon and thurs. I’m going to come off completely in oct and run the same without having anything impacting my chances of a good sperm count. I know some run HCG throughout a cycle in an attempt to keep testes stimulated, some agree it works others dont.

As Louis said a heart health product to control LDL. JPs also has some kidney and blood pressure beneficial ingredients in, the doses your on this will be sufficient. I also love Cure-Coming for Its anti inflammatory properties. I would add a multi vit or some type of greens powder and definitely add a high dose Vit D, supplementneeds do a good one.

depends on the type of carb, amounts etc. I can get that but generally only off a really bad cheat meal once in a blue moon. Your carb sensitivity will be higher hence your bodies reaction, fatigue from the blood glucose and insulin reaction, heart burn could be because your stomach has shrunk and Its trying to deal with extra food. All can be resolved by moving up slowly with sensible carb sources.
