I would lool at reducing them, particularly carb intake, add some light activity and have a reset. You can’t push high amounts of food for too long unless you don’t mind just getting fat.

big leg session today, 300kg RDLs, and multiple drop sets on various machines. Absolutely shattered after this week’s training, had the shits the last few days too so that’s been fun, going to rest up over the next day or so until im 100%.

Hey, you could replace Primo with Mast E. Definitely drop the test down, maybe cruise and get blood work before looking to push up again.

As above it may be worth trying to see how you respond, some love it some don’t rate it.

without money bodybuilding is impossible, use your motivation to get a good well paid job or education which will ultimately lead you to become a better bodybuilder. I trained in a budget gym and lived off Iceland fish until i was able to put more money into my hobby.

As above unlikely you will need an AI, gets bloods checked during to see. I know many that run HCG during a cycle. TRT doctors also have their clients run HCG throughout, i assume to keep the testes active and not shut down for too long, this would be for fertility purposes.

Hey, it could be a stomach bug. Often sudden bloating and discomfort can be from either foods eaten or a bug. It could be mild food poisoning so could be worth going to your GP just to check.

push day 2 today, main focus was shoulders, felt a little fatigued as i hit legs hard on Wednesday. Had a cryochamber yesterday and have deep tissue work tonight with Harry. looking forward to watching the results unfold with lots of JP athletes competing in Portugal this weekend.

Basically you have to rewire your nerves again, like an electrician rewiring a house. Resistance training is the best thing for nerve repair.

hey, has this just happened? i had parsonage Turner syndrome. woke up 1 morning with a winged scapula and thought that was me done in competing bodybuilding. long story short i was overtraining and overworking and run myself into the ground. I got a bug that paralyzed my serratus nerve on my right side. Thats what holds the scapula in. Drs where shit, i told them what i had and they where like oh yer. nerves can take upto 2 yrs to recover, i started my rehab after 1 week. band work, serratus work, EMS machine, deep tissue work, getting back to my usual lifts took time. i used a bench to keep my scapula in whilst training for the 1st few months. I still to this day over 4 yrs later have to be careful, if I’m ill, neglect my rehab exercises or over train it plays up. Do you know how you did yours?

Hey, i would find a meal that digest better, i personally don’t go overboard on cheats and may only have a bad one once a month. Post workout is more beneficial as you will utilise and digest the foods a little better. Maybe try and good home cooked or nice restaurant meal, doesn’t always have to be junk food.
