Are there any compounds/drugs etc you could still keep in to help maintain size/strength whilst trying to conceive? E.g hgh
I think HGH would be okay but if you’re goal is to conceive then sacrificing muscle and coming off is the best option.

@drdeanstmart so is using hmg 3 times a week at 75iu eod pretty pointless really whilst being on dean?

you may still be suppressing your HPTA so ideally coming off is better. I have known many to use HMG on cycle and conceive, I’ve known people to conceive on cycle without any fertility drugs. However, for the highest chance coming off completely and running a full pct with HMG is more appropriate.

That’s pretty awesome if the carrots did the trick. Has it not given you any other issues with digestion? food has been used as medicine for many years. Could you not just supplement with the nutrients within carrots to avoid eating that quantity of whole food. I suppose you juice them?
Over time I just found that I was able to eat them, but initially gave me a few digestive issues. If I were to push calories I would cook them thoroughly and reduce intake of them. You could theoretically supplement vitamin A (although you’d be missing out on beta carotene), but there seems to be something (dare I say) “magical” about eating whole foods Vs supplementation when it comes to vitamins. I may be completely wrong but I think that supplementing high dosages of vitamin a is more likely to cause adverse effects Vs obtaining it from food. [/quote]

This weeks sessions have changed a little as we are filming today for Harrys British prep with magiceye media and tomorrow with Rebecca Andrews for the JP site. Its a real privilege getting to work with videographers of this quality. Yesterday was a lighter pull day as i was still recovering from heavy snatch RDLs from leg day on Saturday. The main reason i have changed from conventional grip is because my hamstrings are dominant and i want to bring my back more into play whenever i can. Today we have Push so we will see where strength is today.

If your coach is saying refeed then do it, he will be judging it off your past check ins, weight drop, energy levels, fullness, mindstate etc. If timed correctly they can be very useful. I would eat dog shit if my coach told me too lol. You must trust in them 100%.

As above or i get 2.5ml barrels and can fit 3ml in. Thats the max i would do and in my.glutes as Its a large area.
