Usually around 3 hrs after your post workout meal. My meals are as follows
pre:
40g rice flakes, 50g blueberries, 5g coconut oil, 60g iso.during: 25g carbs from Sustain
post: 40g carbs from rice cakes or cereal, extra 40g on leg and back days from cereal. 240g (cooked weight) fish.

Rest day today, by Wednesday I’m always exhausted. Today i have some deep tissue work booked in. On rest days i won’t have any carbohydrates just some extra fat. current weight 115.5kg. Should start to see an increase as anabolics have gone up.

I never come that far round personally. I’ve attached a pic (not my ass lol) anywhere in the top part of either glute. There’s plenty of muscle there. use a blue if you have alot of fat to ensure you go through the fat into the muscle.

Training day1st thing, 10g L glutamine, greens powder, 1000mg vit C, 5ml Glutathione.
Meal 1: 120g (raw weight) wild salmon. (4.2g fat per 120g). 20g almond butter
Meal 2

good pull session today, left RDLs out this week as I’ve been getting some aches and pains in my abductors from heavy RDLs and Horizontal leg pressing so having a break this week. Ive added mine and Jordans current plans below. Tomorrow is recovery day with some deep tissue work. Also have 3 cryo treatments lined up this week.

Hey,
first of all it would be worth looking at whats causing the digestion issues. Track your digestion after meals, simplify foods so you can see what could potentially be causing the problem. Intolerances can come out of no where sometimes. I recently cut out chicken and Turkey as it wasn’t sitting right. I also don’t have dairy and keep gluten intake minimal. Eggs are also another problem food for some along with hard digesting vegetables. some of my digestive aids are below:

As above if that is your only available time to train then Its better than nothing. A good meal the night before and an intra will help. I personally can’t train without a meal or 2 in me. I need to allow my body to wake up before I can start moving the weights i want to move. That being said if i had no choice i would make mornings work.

Push day today, right pec was flaring up little but was still able to complete the workout. I have my new protocol from Jordan so i will post that up soon. Going to put some more anabolics in and see how i respond.

Will you do 2 weeks of hcg at 2500 twice a week and hmg at 75 twice a week Ryan ?
Then have 2 week off then repeat the cycle.

yes m8 that’s what i have been doing. Now i will probably just run HMG as that’s responsible for spermagenasis and my oestrogen was sky high on my last blood work. I timed mine with my wifes ovulation calendar. so 2 weeks before i go again, you should really run HMG non stop until your partner conceives. It’s important to make sure she is ovulating, my wife is using clomid, you can see doses on a previous post, This enabled her to ovulate for the 1st time in a while. I’m going to get a sperm testing kit too this time round. You should not do any sexual activities 3 to 4 days before she ovulates so your sperm has time to mature.
