No the weight loss is very slow.
Pumps are great at gym but after or before I look shit.

Yer during contest prep you will generally look better in the gym after a pump. You may be feeling smaller day to day as your dropping weight and eating less carbohydrates which fill the muscle with glycogen. Unfortunately there is no way around this as we must be somewhat depleted to reduce bodyfat. There’s also a stage where we look our worse, not lean enough to look impressive and not full enough to look big. Once you get down to the lower bfat levels you will look far more impressive than in an offseason and ofcourse far more impressive on stage.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

Hey, do you know what your natural test is at? i would say 250 is a good start. I would consider just running HRT if your natural test is lowering with age. HRT is around 150mg test per week. You could run 250 for 12 weeks then drop to a HRT dose which would be the optimal dose for health and won’t effect your blood work and you shouldn’t need anti eos.

if i was to cruise i would just use test until bloods run good then add the other compounds on the blast. A TRT dose would see you at 150mg of.test per week and you would unlikely need.any anti eos. At a cruise dose of 250mg you may need a little.

clembuterol starting at 20mcg and build up. You could use T3 but im not a big fan, if your natural t3 is suppressed it would be worth it. I see alot of different opinions on t3, some say Its great, others say Its muscle wasting so i suppose it’s something you could try and see how you react. And ofcourse tren ace would be another tool for cutting.

push day 2 today. Focus was on shoulders then a top up on chest. Yesterday i did abs and calfs on my rest day. Now to rest until a big leg session Saturday. Doing a check in this week too so will post up recent pics and weight

Insulin pin for test e ? How long does it take ?
a ml pin will load in about 3 to 4mins. It goes in easy but has to be in a lean area. I personally use the sides of my quads.

As above supplementneeds have stacks and as Hilly said JP is coming out with a superb product soon and when stacked with love heart you will hit all your health requirements in two products. Personally if your bloods suffer from orals i would stick to injections. I will only use orals at the very end of a comp prep when i don’t really have a choice but not in the offseason.

All of the above, unfortunately higher carbs days can make you feel more lethargic, insulin response to the extra food can make you feel groggy and if your body fat is low it doesn’t matter what you eat you will feel exhausted.

Hey, did you run a pct coming off HRT? HRT would just see you at a high natural test level so you would be able to drop bfat and maintain health on a HRT dose (around 150mg test a week). If you want to further fat loss then clembuterol would be beneficial. I would start at 20mcg and gradually build up. I assume your dieting and in a calorie deficit.

Its more to control the half life, so keep levels stable. So 300mg per week you would do 150mg on a mon and thurs for example. I have known people to just do it once a week as they don’t particularly like injecting. I found the most painfree way of injecting now is using an insulin pin into lean tissue. You won’t get a big build up of scar tissue that way.
