You could think about reducing the amount if your less active, you will be able to train upper body but legs is out for a while.

I have certain joggers and shorts for leg days depending on weather. I prefer baggy Ts to train in and will only wear a vest when im close to shows and only to asses condition. Then i have lifting shoes for leg days and wear socks the rest of the time. Something I’ve never thought about but definitely have preferences for clothing. I also have different straps and wraps for certain training days.

pull today, good session all in all, went a little too heavy on my working snatch rdl so will drop the weight slightly next time round to ensure atleast 5 reps. Currently aiming to tighten up a little and have a check in Saturday, from there we will look at potential shows.

white rice like jasmine would be used as a high GI carb source, i.e post workout. Basmati would be medium and brown low. So for a white rice replacement i would choose white potatoes. For slower carb sources you could use couscous if it digests well or brown pasta or sweet potato

Push day today, weights are moving nicely, 250kg iso press for 5 followed by 75s dbell for 12 reps. Strength is at an all time high, i really hope i see the benefits of this work in the coming months. Check ins restart this week as i start to choose my competitive season, watching the team do so well has really got me fired up.

Hey, you can run gear continuously in theory if your blood work remains healthy, i would check bloods every 6 to 8 weeks. Many would run pct or go onto TRT for s short period of time to correct any issues with blood work. I know people that bridge of 500mg test aweek and still keep there bloods relatively healthy.

50mg is enough and shouldn’t impact your digestion. Orals should only be utilised if you have no digestive issues, i prefer to avoid them in the offseason as i find certain orals impact my stomach, for this reason i will only use them towards the end of a prep.

As above, utilise your carbs around training to manipulate your insulin release. I personally would have no carb meals too even in the offseason and particularly on non training days. If your a hard gainer then it can be necessary to consume more carbs than say an easy gainer.

As Hilly said decrease training load to match your new training capabilities. I always drop food too as you won’t utilise as much than when your training more on cycle. Keep active and get blood work nice and clean before moving back on cycle.
