MemberJune 29, 2019 at 4:14 pm in reply to: What to digest before training early AF in the morningI would personally opt for 50g iso mixed with 5 to 10g coconut oil, pinch pink salt all mixed with a little water to create a moose then add 50 to 100g blueberries. quantity depends on goals i.e contest prep or off season. If you can still stomach more then 50g rice flakes or something similar, or just put 50g carbs in your intra.

leg day today… what a session, not sure if it was the cryochamber yesterday but i felt great, moved half a ton on the hammer horizontal press after heavy saftey bar squats and leg curl. We finished with leg extension (quad drop) and dumbell stiff leg deads. bloods done before hand so should have the results in 2 or so days. I will post up on here once i get them

top up day today, arms, calfs and abs. Had a session in a cryochamber today. You go into a room that is minus 130oc for 3 mins. You get thermo shock which then flushes the body with blood. Studies suggest it can help in muscle recovery and injury rehab. It also burns around 300cals so may utilise this more come prep time. bloods being done tomorrow then legs after.

Hey, you can run gear continuously in theory if your blood work remains healthy, i would check bloods every 6 to 8 weeks. Many would run pct or go onto TRT for s short period of time to correct any issues with blood work. I know people that bridge of 500mg test aweek and still keep there bloods relatively healthy.

I can’t think of any, it would take along period of time without coming off to cause any issues and even then ive known many have babies after years on. There are plenty of ways to improve sperm count and help with fertility. I’m currently in the progress of this so head over to my log and have a read.

You want a mixture, some fructose fruits are higher on the GI index to so you will impact your blood glucose more than low GI sources like oats, sweet potato, basmati or brown rice. The more you spike your blood glucose the less sensitive your insulin becomes and the higher the risk of fat gain.

Push day 2 today, the focus was on delts predominantly with a little chest touch up. Lega was on the cards tomorrow but my bloods are being done on Saturday so I’m going to rest up for more accurate results and train legs after.

Hey, what will you be running as an anti oestrogen? and masteron e or prop? Primo is good in large amounts for quality of muscle, if utilised with diet and activity then all cycles can be used to drop bodyfat whilst protecting muscle. Whats your bfat at? generally cutting drugs would be t3 and clembuterol but only put in when your body starts to stool.
