I guess it wouldn’t work for everyone and a pharma grade diuretic is a safer bet for drying out but they’re just something I’ve never liked to use and always had a horrible rebound from them.

I have done both the natural way which was celery seed and vitamin c every 2-3 hours, huge water load (10 litres daily and then 10 litres by 2pm day pre show) then no water till show day – this got me very dry but was dam stressfull with the huge water gain and then water drop etc. If I didn’t take a sleep aid it would of been the wrost night of my life going to bed so heavy – think I dropped almost a stone over the next 12 hours.
I did this under scott Stevenson and like I say it worked as I was all about not using diuretics etc many years ago.
Then I educated myself and spoke to others and ran many trials and realised I could use diazide in a safe way that caused no stress physiologically or psychologically to get the same effect or better.
IMo the second option overall is the healthiest when weighing up all the pro and cons.

I think your right m8, when looking into the stress you put your body under pumping all that water, vitc and dand root in there’s no way it can be better than a sensible pharma grade protocol.

Having a class of wine n running diazide like I do means I rarely go over 1 tablet just ran in. Set way.

An overall blood check would help to see if any of your levels are out. I think you could get it done by your GP but a company like youth pharmacy revisited will give you an atoz breakdown from a bodybuilding perspective. Are you natural? would you say your training is as intense as you can make it, whats your split, are you progressing weights or reps weekly, abit more of a surplus may be beneficial for you if you struggle to put on weight.

Hey, what will you be running as an anti oestrogen? and masteron e or prop? Primo is good in large amounts for quality of muscle, if utilised with diet and activity then all cycles can be used to drop bodyfat whilst protecting muscle. Whats your bfat at? generally cutting drugs would be t3 and clembuterol but only put in when your body starts to stool.

On another note my wife ovulated for the 1st time after using 50mg clomid on day 3 of the cycle, 5 days straight. So last tb on day 7 and she ovulated on day 16 of her cycle.

pull day today, great session in the heat. No aircon at Primitive, trying to get the gym as hot as Metroflex Texas so we can have skin lole Ronnie or Branch ????. Standard grip RDLs today, 260 for 6. Next rotation is snatch grip which is progressing each week. Extra activity has worked this week, droped 2kg of water and feeling tighter already. Starting full check ins again after i get my blood work back, i will know what i can do after that.

In addition to this guys I’ve been using dandelion root daily as a bit of an experiment really so I’m all ears on this one. You guys use fennel tea and or other teas to keep fairly dry day to day? I understand it’s more about water intake but keen to hear. Also speaking to a veteran I know yesterday he said he uses aqua blue on occasion.

No tea is going to keep you dry from any AAS IMO and as Riz states taking things to do so can have a real negative effect if not careful. fact is our body is mainly water and its a good thing to hold a little water in general.
Ones sodium and fluid Intake should always be high and as long as blood pressure and all else is healthy then taking anything to reduce water is just silly. If you look bloated its from eating the wrong foods and its that simple IMO.

I tend to keep things as tight as possible but I agree, medaling too much is overkill in a day to day situation, this is an obsessive hobby and I often dabble too much!!

Agree with Hilly here, no need for any type of diuretics unless your peaking for a show. water retention from gear is a useful tool. I find mine is not so bad as i have a low carb diet.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

Hey, what are you planning on cruising on? you can still maintain a good amount of tissue when cruising, depends on the amount of test your cruising obviously. I would keep activity high and food similar with a meal off here and there. Obviously you won’t maintain the same tissue you have from your course but if you can keep things tidy until your blood work is ready to push again then you will soon be back within a few weeks of your new cycle. Alot of people come off eat rubbish and stop training so hard and that’s why they deteriorate quickly.
