    It certainly wouldn’t harm you, can be beneficial in fat loss, you will hold water on it and as above i found low doses of good stuff goes along way. I do 3 iu on training days only.

    I put fats with my non carb meals, which is most of them, around 25g. Depends on goals and bodytype.

    Push day, decided to increase movement this week, weight has shot up and I’m feeling a little unfit, so we started the day of with a little cardio before breaky. Going to try and make this a regular, we are off tomorrow as we are filming a series for Harrys prep on weds and its pull day.

    Current cycle pre blood work:
    300mg test per week
    400mg npp
    3iu gh training days only
    0.5mg arimidex 3 x per week

    fertility drugs
    75iu HMG & 2500 hcg mon and thurs

    weight at 117kg, i think the fertility drugs have softened me up alot but plan on increasing activity next week as i want to sit around 112 to 113 kg before heading towards a show.

    Rest day today, gardening, dog walks and sun bathing on the list today. I will have a couple of meals off today. Blood work being done next Saturday, once i get the results back i will know if i can push into a show. Just seen Kevin win his pro card with a great physique, feeling hungry to get mine now…

    quality unexpected leg session today. Went for snatch RDLS as i wanted to bring my back in a little more. We warmed up with seated ham curls, then RDLs, 2 working sets. Onto hammer leg press with a quad drop, leg extension again with a quad drop and finished with lunges.

    Ryan might sound daft. What type of coconut oil do you use?? Do you melt it down and mix into food or have you found a liquid form ??

    hey m8,
    i use organic solid coconut oil and put 5g in my pre workout meal. My pre workout meal is rice flakes so the heat mealts the oil into it which taste mint. I have eaten it straight off the spoon before and in hot drinks and cooking food in.

    Hey, i would personally take the cereal and shake with me to the gym and eat straight after training at 730. This could give you the opportunity to add one more easy digesting small meal in pre bed.
