can’t say that i have read the booke. Personally wouldn’t want to do this cycle, seems to be an excessive amount of test that will give you more side effects than running moderate test and another compound like npp. I prefer running moderate cycles for longer to keep health in check and build quality tissue. Be interesting to see what others think.

Just watched the AO live, Mark placed 2nd, seem to have alot more muscle than the winner, particularly from the back, however the winner was also incredible. looking at the overal line up i think one of those cards definitely belonged to Mark, however, that’s the bodybuilding game sometimes and i know he will get it soon. Looked awesome, well done m8.

insulin pins if your lean enough on the side of quad(around mid way down), no pain, also depends on the quality of your gear too.

Wouldn’t be my choice personally, I would opt test E,.300 to 400mg per week and NPP 200 to 400mg per week. Aromasin to control oestrogen, you can run this longer with just 2 jabs a week. 3 to 4 months with blood work inbetween to build good quality tissue. That’s my opinion anyway.

I get this alot but generally after training if i don’t eat straight after. I use an Intra (Sustain) to help during my workout, cyclic dextrose is ideal. I use 25g on push days and 50g carbs on pull and leg days.

I took Haider’s advice and had 25g 90% cocoa dark chocolate with my bagels and felt great during my push session earlier today!
I’ve got pull tomorrow so I will use intra carbs and see how I get on.

I believe Primeval are pretty good for doses but when you look at JPs products there’s no comparison.

I’ve never done anything like this pre workout, i know some use Var, dbol, superdrol etc. unlikely to maintain strength after use though, same as when you come off its hard to maintain what you had on cycle.
