Hey, anything else out? that can’t be right m8, either your gear is not test or the result is wrong. What test from the site did you choose. Do you have the signs of taking that much testosterone? testicle shrinkage for example

Pull day today, good session with a visit from UKBFF British champ Brett Stephens, looking great 3 weeks out from his 1st shown of the year. Took 270kg for a ride on snatch RDL, only got 3 so pushed too far too soon, lesson learnt. Also don’t do RDLs on the day you get a new treadmill and you have to carry it up the stairs. Thank god for Halcyon…

Hey, have you used testosterone before? your levels shouldn’t be naturally low at 22, however, some people can have lower levels from a young age. HRT would be around 150mg of testosterone per week split into 2 doses. mon and thurs, this will see you at around 30mmol. Dropping bfat can actually help with hormone balance like insulin and testosterone. If you have a base line test then you will be a little more protected in muscle maintenance when dropping cals.

Hi Ryan, I am really interested in your opinion on something. I have been on TRT for a few years and the usual protocol is 125ml Sustanon every 6 days. In your opinion, might it be better to split the dose in half and administer every 3 days? I am just curious, as everyone seems to suggest this. I know that Sustanon has four esters of varying lengths, so maybe splitting the dose would be pointless. What do you think? Thanks. [/quote]
Hey, is this through private healthcare or do you source it? personally i prefer a test E for trt. Sus has other esters and i prefer a more steady level particularly during TRT. My dose would be 75mg mon and thurs via an insulin pin. Most wouldn’t need an anti eos at this dose.

It’s on private prescription, so I use the Sust. I am given Anastrozole, too, as I did aromatise a bit at first. I don’t need it at the moment though. So would you split the dose with Sustanon, or just with test E? Thanks for replying. [/quote]
I don’t think you need to split it m8, it’s an extra jab and if your levels are okay then there’s no need.

Go on feel, i usually do a few sets with only 3 to 4 reps and as i get heavier may drop to 2 reps before a big working set. For heavy RDLs i will do 4 to 5 warmup sets but only 3 reps then 2 reps as i get heavier during the warm up.

I’ve been using insulin pins for a while now. Take a long time to draw up but leaves no pain or scar tissue. my glutes are too fat at mo so do the side of my quads. I know others do everywhere, traps, lats, arms, shoulders etc

No I am natural up to this point. My test levels have come back around 210-220 multiple times. I agree that my test levels shouldn’t be low at this age, yet they are. [/quote]
