Rack pulls done below the knee will require more hammy work than most think, an RDL gives you the beauty of controlling the eccentric part longer which will keep the tension on the lower back and hammys. So as Kuba says i think the RDL is ideal for your goal. You could alternate grip, normal and snatch week by week.

both look Adequate for a cutting cycle, you could opt for number 2 as you have a slightly higher test dose. Ester wise it doesn’t really matter, Aceto uses slow esters on his Athletes, some prefer fast. Any water held from esters will be dropped during the last week of water manipulation, diuretics etc. If your not a fan of injecting or you get pain on fast esters then slow would be a better choice

seems like your doing everything right, could it perhaps be the orals you use in the last few weeks?

Good push session today, my right pec is back to normal altho il still keep an eye on it. Got 230kg on flat iso press for 6 and incline HS press, 160kg for 6 with no issues. should be back to the big weights soon. Off tomorrow, i have a fun day fitting a new fire door in the gym lol. This Friday i get married so Its an exciting week.

hey, 150 would be classed as TRT m8 so i would go to 300mg minimum, particularly as you have run higher doses. I would use NPP as that’s a great compound and you can run high amounts if you wanted without effecting your bloods too much. I personally stay away from orals offseason as they mess with my digestion but many use them.

Tren is a great compound but has the most side effects long term, however, at those doses and with the correct nutrition and supplements you can run tren for a good period of time. Everyone responds differently so regular blood work throughout a cycle will ensure you keep track of your health, I usually do blood work before starting, then mid way then 6 weeks post. So for a good bulking cycle inc tren you could do 400mg test E, 400 to 600mg NPP and 200mg tren E per week. To be honest im not on that for my current offseason, im on 300 test, 400mg npp, 3iu GH training days only. finding great results just on the above, i would add tren as i moved into a cutting cycle and perhaps masteron later on.Instagram: @primitivegymnasium

If being leaner helps your job then just cut some cals and drop the extra kg. Being leaner can help with insulin sensitivity, digestion and other hormones on or off cycle. If you just finished your course you will drop weight without having to do much, i personally like to stay leaner when off cycle as your even more reliant on keeping your hormones in an optimal range. You can then push again with extra cals when you go back on or your schedule allows.

Regarding food, I am consuming the ones I tolerate the best, at this point, it’s the jasmine rice and the rice cream and my oats
Yes, I usually drink coffee, I do not know if it’s a lot but one or two cafes a day, in addition to my thermogenico that contains 200mg of caffeine
I go very little to the toilet, maybe twice a week.
Has this been a long term thing or is it only during prep? do you feel anxiety attached to going to the toilet, once your constipated it will increase anxiety which also doesn’t help. I use 10g L-glutamine every morning mixed with Greens powder and Glutathione liposomal. My other digestion aids are peppermint teas and the occasional teaspoon of manuka honey. I stay away from gluten, wheat and dairy unless on a cheat. Finding foods that digest well is one of the key factors. What Veg do you have? some can cause gastric issues.[/quote]
My problems to go to the bathroom are always the last weeks of pre contest when the volume of food and variety is more limited.
I take 10g of glutamine 3 times a day.
Also Probiotics, greens and digestive enzymes.
The vegetables I’m eating right now are green asparagus, spinach and green beans.

I also have a strong black coffee in the morning which helps get things moving. I find a light walk also helps so if you doing cardio for prep then a morning stroll is great for digestion.

What Blasphemy is this lol. I cut back to 2 coffees a day, but they are strong. I know Mark cut out caffeine and felt great for it, i can’t bring myself to do it, it would be almost as bad as going vegan ????
