Hey, have you tried lowering your veg a little? are there any foods your not reacting well too? do you drink coffee? and how often are you going to the toilet?

Density day today, tried the snatch grip RDL, love how it pulls the lats out and pushes more focus on the back, definitely what i need. I did the above workout but switched the pendulum squat for another leg press as I’ve been having some pain in my abductors. Noticed some swelling of my lymphs around my groin, I’ve had this on and off since i started training. I flush them in the shower, lots of soap, use the side of your hands and flush upwards from the bottom to the top of.the groin. just helps clear them a little. I will have to.keep an eye on them and ensure i don’t stress my body too much and take the rest when i need it

3 of us Trained at Primitive gym today for the first time as only 45 minutes away from Lymington, so thought it would make nice change, really friendly lady who could not have been more helpful , really friendly gym, very much enjoyed and 100% be back again .

Hey, they don’t like to take blood from people that use needles, however, your blood will be tested before it’s given to anyone and I’m sure will be fine, unfortunately they dump us in with smack heads, i.e reusing and sharing pins etc so its one rule fits all. You could do it when your off or on TRT but i have known guys to do it on cycle and they just say there natural.

I felt much better after giving blood, strange what getting rid of abit of blood can do and it benefits everyone.

Yes I’ve heard this, my HCT levels came back slightly out of range so Dr Dean mentioned about removing blood could lower this. Will try and get booked in for next week or two.[/quote]

Ive used a few over the years when i was natural or later on off cycle. Its would be impossible to really know unless you had blood work before and during use, you could just order the test kits for this but Its alot of effort. In my opinion there are other supplements and food that can keep your body functioning more efficiently which will give you a better hormone balance.

Hey, you could jab on a Monday and Thursday 1ml of each would be my choice. I use insulin pins too which can help minimize injec pain.

Ryan could you write up your workout for your next density day? I’m only managing to train 4 times a week at the moment probably switching over to a PPL Density? Would you advise two big movements like an RDL and a heavy leg movement?

Hey Myles,I’ve posted the RDL split below, RDL is the main movement and focus but all set needs to be taken to failure
Ex1: seated leg curl
Ex2: RDLs *one heavy set*
Ex3: pulldown movement
Ex4: chest supported row
Ex5: pendulum squat
Ex6: single leg press

You don’t have to change calories on either day but i tend to lower carbs on non training days and increase fat a little to improve my insulin sensitivity, you will also require less glycogen on non training days. Protein you can keep consistent. It does depend on your current goals, what are you aiming for?
