push today, pec is feeling much better now, moving the 75 Dumbbells again with ease. predominantly chest based today then on the next push il focus on shoulders a little more. Time to rest up for back tomorrow, no lower back loading exercises as i have a density day now.

I generally add mine post heating but have cooked protein pancakes. Whey is heated during the seperation process so should be fine.

Good post m8, some countries won’t allow you to give blood once you have used needles. They have a blanket rule for all so this will help those who can’t give blood ????

As Clare says get some blood work, this will show what the probable causes of fatigue may be. Post on here when you get them

Mate how come you avoid Cabbage? Personally I eat it with almost all veggie meals so just wondering.. always thought that it would be a good veggie choice to help digestion ? ????
hey, just doesn’t agree with my stomach, if it digests well for you then it’s fine. Same goes for everything, track digestion and find the best foods for your body.

How long had you run 300mg test before you got bloods done? 12.5mmol is v low at that dose. Are you planning in running T3 for the rest of your life?

If your already in a deficit then when you have no carbs days you can replace your lost cals with fat. Your right they may be too low of your already in deficit then dropping cals even more on rest days. Small gradual drops in cals is preferrable to maintain as much lean tissue as possible.

I didn’t realise just how much progress i had made. Starting point of prep a little different this time.

Good leg session today, decided to add RDLs to the session as i won’t be able to get a density day in until next week. My main focus is bringing up my back and legs so i always prioritise these workouts. If i can get a little lower back out of legs days il take it. Feel like my back has come along way in less than a yr with the push pull split. Now with the density day i think i will see more progress. Il see if i can get a progress pic from last yr to now and post it up.
