    you trying to make a weight? not a great idea, particularly if you use diuretics, will set you up with a hospital trip.

    good push session today, weight is moving back up after my niggle. Had an awesome pull session at Dinos after B.power on sat. After a deload i feel strong again.

    So i was 203 4 weeks ago and 196 now. Not sure if that’s too fast in a drop? Probably all water. I havent taken any starting photos unfortunately. And yes all day I feel skinny lol [/quote]

    with the anabolics and cals your consuming it won’t be muscle your losing, once all the fats off you will feel smaller in clothes but 100x better on stage, Its an illusion game.

    Great leg session with Harry and Calum today. felt much better after 2 days rest. workout below:

    ex1: seated leg curl, 2 working sets.

    ex2: safety bar squats, elevated heels

    ex3: leg ex, quad drop set

    ex4: sissy squat, 2 working sets

    ex5: leg press, 2 working sets, 50rep drop set on last set.

    ex6: leg raises

    ex7: seated calf raises

    Sorry to hijack this thread, I’m interested to know if you will you be running the HMG and HCG only around the times leading up to and during your partner ovulating? Or will it be HMG and HCG twice weekly, literally until you conceive?

    I imagine the latter could get quite expensive (but obviously worth the rewards). Are you able to let us know roughly what this protocol will cost you per month please? I don’t think we’re allowed to discuss sources here are we?

    Hey Ben, yes il be running the whole time until we conceive, it can take 40 days for sperm to mature. Probably looking at 60 to 70pound a week depending in your source. I’m still struggling to find HMG so may have to order via the states online which means an import charge too… Its costly but something i have to except.

    hey m8, yer still PPL with a density day. Only managing 4 sessions a week with the way im training at the min. It’s allowing me to recover and really push when i do train

    rest day today and i need it. feeling a little fatigued so plenty of naps today. Still hoping to train tomorrow but will listen to my body, don’t want to be sick for bodypower thats for sure.
