    much needed rest day today, legs definitely feeling yesterday’s session. check in day today, weight sticking at 114.5 which im happy with considering i still have a meal off weekends. pics attached. dropping test to 300mg now. Going to start running a fertility protocol this month so will post exactly what I’m doing on here.

    I wouldn’t bother m8, surprised it’s still being made. I know for me my stomach would hate this, 2 products that can cause alot of digestion issues in those susceptible. A quality isolate is what you want. Yamamoto is really good as it has bromalin in to aid digestion.

    if Whey doesn’t digest you could try isolate and if that still doesn’t digest then a pea protein is fine. As above a good EAA powder intra would be ideal.

    Awesome, but exhausting day filming for the site with @rebecca ..Myself and @Ryanpetford went through a few individual subject videos before hitting a gruelling Leg session with Harry Harris, so there should be a bit more content from me going up on here in the near future. It always feels very strange talking to a camera, but I’m sure it’s something I’ll get used to the more I do it!

    This is what went down:

    Seated hamstring curl – 2 sets of 8-10

    Hack squat – 2 sets of 8-10 (Ryan and Harry – Reverse Hack Squat – 2 sets of 8-10)
    Paused Leg Press – 1 set of 8-10, 1 set of 20

    Smith Sissy Squat – 1 set of 8-10

    Leg extension – 1 set of 8-10 (Ryan 1 Quad drop set)
    Abductor –1 quad drop, 15 on the first

    Leg raises for abs – 2 bodyweight sets of 20

    Calf raise – 3 sets of 10-12, 1 min rest in between, last set into a stretch

    I’d start early to makes sure your body gets used to it. You can get rashes when you 1st shave. I exfoliate, shave and moisturise regularly. You can shave the day before tan then just shower on the day of tan, no moisturising.

    rest day today, filming legs for the site tomorrow, we will also be doing a short intro into classic physique posing. I went through some posing with Calum today so he will be my demo body so hopefully we can share some good tips.

    great back session today, starting to move the weight up again now after some deload weeks. body feels refreshed and ready to push again. Off tomorrow so im ready for legs on Wednesday, filming for the site so going to go all out…..

    I think you could potentially trial both types and see how you react, i.e energy levels, recovery, digestion and bfat distribution, i think generally a fat based approach is better for easy gainers. I put on weight and bfat very easily but a higher fat approach given me a better body composition and insulin sensitivity.
