    If you eat too many you may end up like the girl on Charlie and the chocolate factory ????. Put them in pre workout and maybe some more as a snack later on. Like Clare said add them to your overal makro count.

    How can you grow with that little amount of carbs?

    depends on the individual, i get alot of cals for fat and there’s enough carbs to create an insulin response around my training. I do have some extra carbs post workout on a leg day too. I’ve always been able to build muscle and hold onto my weight even on low cals so it’s very individual

    Hey,

    as Hilly said its upto you. If you wanted more tissue then you would need a calorie surplus so cutting would be a no go. Adding tren ace will help change your body composition especially if your cutting. It will give you a harder look and help with bfat composition. It’s a very strong anabolic so yes you may notice more muscle growth. In your 6 week cruise you will fade a little but Its nothing to worry about, get your health markers to an acceptable level then you can push again.

    yer seems to work better for me digestion and health wise. I use foods based on the blood type diet and im type O.

    top up day today, shoulders and tris with abs. As my Strength has decreased from reduced cals and bfat i have upped my volume a little more. so on 5 sessions per week now, still trying to maintain Strength but sensibly. Learning to adjust my training to match my recovery capabilities, something i never listened to and would often over train which caused me to be constantly ill and fatigued. It only took me 15yrs to learn lol. check in pics being done tomorrow so il get some up

    Tren ace will definitely help in conditioning so yer you could do that.

    whats your cruise dose? have you had any blood work done? generally you come down to keep your health levels in check. You would need atleast a trt dose as you’ve not come off for a while.

    push today, good session, felt strong at the start, moved the 75kg Dumbbells pretty comfortably. fatigue kicked in pretty quick which is down to my weight drop and conditioning is coming in quickly. I’m finishing abs and calfs tonight along with 30mins of cardio. 1st week with more tren so hopefully notice a big difference.

    And for refeeds I was just told to do 4 days of no carbs and when carbs were reintroduced I was given 80 grams a day I was expecting a full refeed after that

    i wouldn’t do 4 days no carbs. You could do no carbs on non training days and make sure you place carbs around training say pre: 50g, during 25 to 50, post 75g. For an example. i would cut clem back to 40 and bring cardio down to 45mins. Your pretty lean already but you want to make sure you hold onto as much muscle as possible. There’s a fine line between pushing and going too far. once your weight levels out for a week or two then you can look at increasing clem to 60mcg. Do small steps each week, nothing drastic.
