You could also try hot and cold therapy, Red light therapy, cbd gels, stretching/yoga and deep tissue work.

Time off plus proper supplement support, collogen, join in, cure coming, Omega pro and ashwganda would be my go to for something like this.

It will still be far superior to any other like for like supplement out there. I’ve been using the new blend for a while and it works just as well.

Sorry I’ve just re read your weight. That would probably be too high to start. Look to go around the 2000 to 2200 kcal Mark initially

I would set yourself up via makros then run for a few weeks. If you drop too much weight you need to Increase cals if you put too much on reduce etc. In terms of a start point for cals it’s hard to guess not knowing you. Just as a wild guess I would start higher on food initially.
5 meals
12k steps
Totals
Protein: 200g
Carbohydrates: 400g

Do either just keep it consistent. I personally prefer batch cooking protein so weigh meats when cooked but for carbs I do uncooked because let’s say you weigh rice cooked the water can vary each time so your not getting an accurate reading.

Steps are a great tool but of course you can do less to suit schedule but this means less food. I know some like steps high so food can stay higher.

I’ve been running 500 of each daily for tendinitis and starting to see some good results. As it’s a more severe the injury you could do the higher doses as Jordan has laid out.
