If your in prep then take what you need, I’ve even travelled with a portable hot plate and purchased a pan to cook in the room, this was only when travelling for shows. If I was on holiday I would enjoy the break.

You could have just nipped something on the way in, won’t be dangerous so you can still pin it.

All of the above as recommended will help but I would also consider tracking your digestion after each meal to see if there’s anything you can improve there.

If your still progressing keep it the same, when it stalls and food and training is perfect you could look at adding 300mg primo imo.

Increase food and or decrease cardio. You need to get in a surplus and your currently in a deficit.

Don’t do drastic cuts as you risk losing muscle alongside fat. Slowly remove carbs from foods furtherst from your training time. On non training days you can still have some carbs depending on what your goals are.

Hey,
Who have you seen using lo salt? Why do you think you need 6 turns a day? You want a high quality sea salt or hymilaylan salt. I wouldn’t do 6 turns a day unless you sweat alot.

Are you using insulin? I don’t get the whole BG checking. It’s something that’s come about recently with the over complicating of everything. I can see its use when using insulin to keep track of what your doing and how it’s impacting you. To have to check before every meal is overkill in my opinion but each to their own.

Increase to 10g creatine and you could use cure coming for inflammation but otherwise you have a good base.

Agree with Peter. Subq is trt for micro dosing but it’s still painful. IM is easier and less painful and can still be done in an insulin pin into lean muscle. There’s plenty of videos online on how and where to inject IM.

Decided on a deload week this week as I was super fatigued after Fridays legs and open mat. I usually stop short of 3 reps on deload sessions and reduce the weight slightly. Current weight is 118kg off everything, not I’m bad shape, abs are visible. I will do a visual update before I move back on a small cycle next year.

You need to be in a calorie surplus to build muscle. So you need to eat more than it takes you to maintain your current body weight. You can do this over 4 or 5 meals. It’s down to your preference, some like over 5 meals for digestion and food sensitivity but basically both will work if calories are the same over 4 or 5 meals.
