More anabolics are not always the answer. As the guys above have said some test and primo alongside gh will go along way. I think one gram total is more than enough for results and I would only see competitive open weight bodybuilders needing to go past this. Insulin is used frequently these days but again I don’t see the need to build a decent physique and probably only necessary for those looking to push size to the extreme and for super experienced bodybuilders.

As most have suggested vit D plus k, omegas and creatine are my recommendations for minimum requirements. Multivitamin is useful if you don’t eat a variety of micronutrients.

Had an open mat jiu-jitsu session today with some heavy guys who are higher level belts which is always tough but well worth the effort as I learn alot. Followed by a decent leg session and even managed an 8 plate hack squat on the arsenal hack. Motivation is very high in training at the moment both in jiu-jitsu and bodybuilding. Looking to get in some sort of shape in the new year with some help of some anabolics for the first time in over 3 years. Who knows maybe I will jump back on stage but will take it slow initially.

As Peter said it’s difficult to comment as there is limited knowledge out there. So if you increase testosterone it will convert to estrogen so you will want to control that as any male would. You could run masteron and primo alongside the test and you could use Aromasin if necessary. I would be very conservative with doses so you can track blood work throughout and find what works for you.

I was 6ft 2 1115kg and I had to go to 1500kcals pluse 10k steps to get to my lowest bfat levels. There is a point where no matter what you do you will need to come out of a diet to reset. Are you having cheat meals? I’ve known some to over eat when they have refeeds or cheats and it stalls progression completely.

I like primo to stabilise estrogen and masteron is effective. The only way to know what works best for you is to try and get bloods. Don’t forget highish estrogen is not always a bad thing unless you get negative symptoms.

If you are very lean and require more calories then you can ofcourse put these in on ntd. Otherwise it is not a bad idea to reduce cals slightly on ntd so your a little more sensitive to food. We want to have enough food in to grow but not so much we are gaining unnecessary bfat and decreasing insulin sensitivity.

Recently I’ve been off for over 3 years and my count was still just 3 million and motility not great. I’m now running hcg, hmg and trt as my natural test was at 8mmol and low test can cause sperm issues. I’m doing this all synthetically now but according to the studies there has been good results over a period of 6 months using the above. So I will re check after 6 months. So coming off clean may not always work and as your at 0 I’d imagine you will need alot of synthetic help. Have a read up on some studies as it’s always nice to know the research you’re self.

Been sometime since I posted on my own log. Still weight training 5 x a week as always and that will continue whether I compete again or not in bodybuilding. I love training and just enjoy my time in the gym. When I started we had no social media so you literally just trained because you loved it, there was no posting every workout or set. I’ve stepped back a fair amount from social media and its far more enjoyable and I have more time to be present in day to day life. Jiu-jitsu is going well, my body has hardened to most of the early onslaught I gave it and I’m rolling with some incredible guys so learning alot. I plan on pushing my bodybuilding a little in the new year so will see where that takes me but all in all just enjoying life.

I would personally come off cycles but no one does that these days. If your staying on i would run 100iu to 200iu of hcg a day when on trt or low dose, this will help stimulate testicles on low dose. Pointless when you blast in my opinion as your synthetic test will be much higher. Hmg is great for spermagensis so I would run this for 6 to 12 months (75iu mon, wed, fri) when looking to improve sperm count and motility when looking to conceive. This is expensive so be prepared. Injectable L carnatine is also a good addition alongside coq10, vitamin E, omegas and potentially Proviron close to your partners ovulation period (read up on some studies).

Get some blood work to see if it’s real. Have you had testicular shrinkage? Increased libido? Not a massive fan of peptides, seems to be the in thing right now, you can always try them for yourself and see how you go.
