Some can be prone to it no matter what you try, you could run the cycle get bloods and assess. In my experience those who prone to gyno usually need the gland removed.

As the guys have mentioned above you SHOULD be okay. That being said just get bloods done every 6months as even trt dose can cause rbc, cholesterol etc to rise but its person dependant and JP has specific supplements that can keep these under control long term. You are a big bjj guy, I bet some people avoid you at open mats lol

I also suggest a cool pack close to your testicles overnight. Some studies suggest excessively hot balls can impact the sperm negatively. Obviously avoid saunas and hot baths.

Have you had your sperm checked? Has your partner also been checked?
You can add inject L carnatine here as this has been seen to help volume if that is your issue. I’d also recommend coq10, vitamin E, pharma grade omega (jp). There’s an argument for coming off and just running hcg, hmg, proviron. There’s also an argument that if your test is too low your sperm cannot mature and is impacted negatively. Ultimately its dependent in sperm health and what your issue is. The above should definitely help motility and volume but you would need a sperm check to see.

So trt clinics have you inject daily as the guys have suggested above. This will stop fluctuations. Personally when I’ve run trt I’ve done 150mg over 2 injections intramuscular and used hcg at 100iu daily. I’ve never used an ai to control estrogen as even if it’s a little high its not a problem unless you have sides. I like b6p5p for prolactin so I would suggest this. I never had the side effects your having running the above. I’d say you could try running some natural test boosters and staying off for abit but realistically you will need trt for the rest of your life you just need to find what works for you.

Hi,
I can’t see the pictures attached unfortunately. Could just be my end as I’m on android. What was your test at on that dose. Every week is strange. Most trt companies will have you micro dose running daily injections totalling around 125 to 150mg per week. They will also have you run 100iu of hcg daily for fsh and lh and aromasin If necessary for oestrogen. What are your symptoms at the moment

Don’t rush it, take your time gradually tapering down calories and/or increasing movement. If you put your full diet up we could maybe suggest where to start. Training wise you should still be pushing hard even when reducing cals. It’s unlikely you will be in a big deficit for some time depending on your starting point so there’s still opportunity to build muscle, especially if your assisted.

I started training at 14 and fell in love with bodybuilding. My mum was a little worried but I reassured her it was healthy. Eat 3 to 4 good meals a day, you dont necessary need to take supplements yet just healthy food. Enjoy training pain free because in 20 years things will be a little different lol. Enjoy every second buddy

Hey,
What’s your long term goals? Do you do regular blood work? What you can run will usually be a result of your bloods unless you like to run blindly which I wouldn’t recommend. Your up to a good dose in cycle 3, once you start moving to 1.5 to 2g plus you will then skew bloods quicker. I really like primo as its mild so that’s a good choice. Test is at a good level and I personally don’t like pushing that too much. If your growing on the above dose then there’s no reason why you can’t run it again. If your fully maxed out with training and nutrition is perfect then maybe add another 200mg and see how you get on.
