If your goal is to one day compete in bodybuilding then it wouldn’t harm you to get leaner as it will all help when the time comes to compete. If your not then you could increase cals sensibly from here, if output is high you won’t put on a huge amount of bfat.

Protein is good but could bump up to 250g. I find anything over 90g fat a day and my digestion will become an issue. So then it’s a case of getting to your calorie goal with carbs. You may be more tolerant of fats but track digestion. If your aiming for 4k cals then you could do
250g P 1000kcal
500 C 2000kcal
111 F 1000kcal
If the above fat causes Digestive issues reduce and increase carbs to match cals.

Doesn’t make sense running that much hcg when on cycle. When running trt it can help balance hormones but when running higher levels of test your telling your body to shut down natural production, then you throw a load of estrogen into your body to tell it to start producing again? So your body can never find a balance or homeostasis. This will cause large hormone imbalances leading to mood changes, water retention and in some cases gyno. Drop the hcg and use primo with your test. When you come off then you can run hcg to restart natural production followed by clomid. If you decide to run trt inbetween cycles then 150mg test per week alongside 100iu of hcg a day usually gives you a good natural reading of test and keeps your lh and fsh functioning.

4 days would work fine. I find its enough but if your really fatigued a few extra days should make sure your fully rested. I find full rest better than deload session’s as I struggle to just go through the motions and after complete time away my joints are fresh and energy restored.

Personally I like test and primo cycles to help control estrogen in those sensitive. As Peter said deca wouldn’t be great for those sensitive. If you get sensitive nipples and lumps the you know you are prone to it.

Peters suggestion would work well for a 3rd cycle. Most are not happy with results after taking anabolics because they don’t yield the results we think we are going to get when starting. It’s a gradual thing and the training has to be on point alongside diet and ofcourse genetics play the biggest role. I’ve even had people believe their gear is fake they are that disappointed and after blood work it shows it’s not 🙂

Would never recommend a drastic cut as it puts stress on the body and could lead to muscle loss. Just keep calories the same and increase movement if you feel like your too soft. We would need pictures to see whether you would even need to reduce bfat, you could potentially just slowly move calories up but impossible to say without visual.

You don’t need to drop it. If your worried about additional water then a correct water protocol will solve this.

I would keep movement high and as suggested implement some higher calorie days, particularly on weaker body part days and/or days where expenditure is higher like leg and back days for example.

Most trt clinics will have you run hcg alongside test so strange they don’t have you doing that. I’ve never heard of subq shots increasing estrogen but the only way to.find out would be to switch back.
