Just picture how you want to look prior to the set, so your long term physique goal. Your sculpting your body like an artist, so picture building new tissue. If you don’t have that motivation then you’ve chosen the wrong game. It should come super easy when you have a goal in mind.

I personally wouldn’t jump to that but I don’t see why people can’t trial different doses for them. Its only creatine so a safe option for trialling different doses. I will personally up mine and track

Weeks are flying bye and with each week brings progress. Weight 1st thing is 112.7kg. Super flat at this weight but still more to come off glutes before I slowly fill glycogen stores again. Down 11kg, as weight and food has decreased I’ve slowly pushed anabolics up, I was at around 500mg when food was high and now just over 1g total which is a lot for me. All health supps are in to ensure bloods stay good. Last results a few weeks back where perfect apart from a little low iron. I put in t3 last week which has helped alot as my food had got too low and my natural production would have been taking a hit. I will look to move upto 50mcg and hopefully won’t need to go any higher. A couple more kg and I hope to be fat free.

If you’re running arimidex then you won’t need to worry about oestrogen being too high. If you run an ai and a high dose of mast then you risk crashing your oestrogen and that has a whole list of other issues. As Sas suggested I would keep test higher. I wouldn’t recommend sub q due to pain of oil shots in fat. You can get away with trt dose test doing it that way but a course and you will be covered in sore lumps.

How long have you been dieting? Start cals and current cals? Estimated bfat? Are you taking any thyroid meds? Current Movement? Lots of variables that lead to an increase in fat burners. And 80 is already highish.

Yes you can top up the protein you have lost with anything else. Like suggested egg White cartons would be alot easier.

3kg drop this week. Super depleted so I’ve increased carbs today and tomorrow to see if they stick. Lookin to put on around 2kg in glycogen before making my way back down potentially for the last time, I’m estimating around 2kg of fat left but it’s always hard to guess exactly. Was hoping to be a bit heavier at this stage but it’s always the case, guess your weight shredded then remove another 5kg lol.

Slowly chipping away still, cals have dropped below 2k and steps up to 13k. I’ve now added 25mcg t3 and 40 mcg clem as I don’t want to reduce cals any more. I have one refeed a week or If weight drops to quick I will add some additional carbohydrates. Weight at 114kg upon wake. Realistically 3 to 4kg off from being peeled so I will keep pushing on. Once I get down to my desired condition I will slowly put carbs in to obtain as much fullness as possible and decide whether to compete or not.
