I wouldn’t recommend pork mince as pork in large amounts is not great for your health. Turkey mince or chicken mince is a better option or like it’s been mentioned hit up a wholesaler and bulk buy your meat. You can get 10kg bags of rice. Samson used cheap wholesale chicken preparing for the Olympia.

Exactly as above. Also ensure your micronutrient intake is on point. Id recommend a good multi. You can also look into glutathione and l carnitine injections.

I wouldnt Lower it. If digestion is good and recovery is good then no need to Lower. There’s a little scope to drop fat to increase your carbs or of course you could increase movement.

I would always do bloods 1st just to check where your levels are at. If they are low you know you need to start. You also want to check your liver, kidney, Rbc levels. Etc. This will tell you what may go out of whack when you run life long trt. Even trt can push things like cholesterol and rbc out. So with that knowledge you would know what supplements you would need to run and what other life style factors like cardio need to be on point whilst running trt. Drs will have you run around 150mg weekly alongside 100iu hcg daily to keep your hormone balanced. Some require aromasin for oestrogen too. I would recommend bloods every 6 months to keep track of your levels. Regarding bfat, if your test is low and you start taking trt then you will notice a benefit from the additional test on reducing bfat and increasing muscle mass. Assuming you’re diet and training is on point.

Prioritise health over everything. Do as the Dr has said and hopefully it won’t be long until your recovered and can increase intensity.

Dial in for me, most of the time half a scoop is enough to wake me up and get me focused.

Never actually tried chicken mince. I used to use lean turkey mince alot due to the ease of use, cost and low fat content.

Your about to step on stage in a pair of small pants under bright lights. There is no hiding, it’s completely different to just getting lifestyle lean. If you have paid someone to make sure you don’t look terrible on stage then it’s best to follow the plan 100%.

It takes 2mins to make 1st thing so not sure how much time you would save. Just pour hot water on it.

It’s something that has been used successfully for years so I don’t see the need to disregard it. However, it’s not always necessary or needed and some people get on well with it whilst others don’t. I think it’s a case of trial and error on these things.

Hey,
Are you taking any health supplements? Had you trained hard prior to bloodwork.

That would definitely work initially then you could slowly bump it up when weight stalls and you need to bump up cals. Also you won’t screw anything up. Eat well and train hard and you will build muscle. Eat well and train like shit and you won’t get anywhere. Eat shit and train hard and you will still build muscle. It takes time and patience but also the ability to push your workouts week after week month after month year after year. If your doing it for any other reason than for the joy and love of training then it does not work in my opinion so that would be the only way you can screw up. I’d say very few actually enjoy the training they just want the look.
