Finished the week with arms today. Really good session, we chose and exercise and set each reps until one eventually failed on the set. Our egos where strong and we must have done 100s and 100s of reps lol. Much needed rest and deep tissue work tomorrow.

Shoulders done today, managed to somehow press the 60s to my surprise. Finished the day with jujitsu. Alot of information to take in but really enjoying it. Legs tomorrow once again and the nerves begin lol.

As a natural Athlete I’d go for what Clare suggests. Potentially you could use the natty stack closer to the show and even estrogen block to help reduce water retention near the show.

The JP natural stack has helped me alot and bumped my test levels up. Pre stack I was 9mmol, half a dose sees me around 11 and full dose around 15mmol

Hey,
Studies suggest around 30% of calorie intake. A mixture of fats for example nuts, eggs, dairy (if tolerable), avacados and oils like olive oil etc.

Chest and shoulder top up done followed by jiu-jitsu. Enjoying moving my body in a different way, it’s tough but I need to get fit and this will help and il learn something new along the way.
