No weights sessions the last 2 days as I needed additional rest before legs tomorrow. I’m going to be doing some jujitsu this evening so looking forward to doing something different.

Hey,
It’s not concerningly high so I wouldn’t worry. Its common to have higher RBC when you train. Continue to donate every 3 month’s as although it takes 24hrs for blood volume to recover it can take around 12 weeks for RBC count to return to your usual levels. I would also recommend vital support as this contains ip6 which will also help.

Agree with the above in regards to added fat. Doesn’t have to be cor you can use any high gi carb source, or a mix of slow and fast pre is fine. You have meal 2 at 93g P. That’s a lot in one go, your last 2 meals are also very high for one consumption of protein. I would aim for 50g a serving max for your weight. So you could divide them better or add an additional meal.

Decent back session today, ended up hitting chest late last night and back this afternoon so a rest day is needed tomorrow. Weight not wanting to budge below 123. I find as I’ve got older it’s alot easier to keep my weight high. If I sniff some anabolics it will shoot up but its important for me to stay healthy if I do decide to push weight up. I’m doing alot more hiit cardio for heart health and even decided to start some jujitsu as we have a new instructor at the gym. Excited for some new challenges but staying primed for when my bodybuilding can get back on track and the hormones can go back in.

The half life of t4 can be relatively long but not as long as the coach is saying. The only reason to add any thyroid medication is if the clients natural production is suppressed. This is common over prolonged periods of dieting. I usually get my clients to do blood work if they begin to stall and still have some way to go bfat wise. If needed il use t4 or t3 depending on what the bloods say. Some just prefer to run a baseline of 25mcg t3 and then some increase from there. My personal opinion though is I don’t see the need to front load t4

Finally managed to get back on here after some technical issues. Hope everyone is enjoying their easter holidays. Just a chilled one here and recovering after the 2nd leg session of the week yesterday. Felt good despite it being the 2nd session. It’s something I will incorporate regularly when I’m back on anabolics. Cardio is still in each morning, nothing crazy but feel good for it. Currently have a busy year with clients competing and already have the 1st win in the bag so with my clients along side my gym members its set to be the busiest competitive year yet.

I very rarely implement zero carbs with clients and if I do it will only be for a day if they have stalled and are close to a show. I’ve run 10 days of zero carbs before to make weight, it wasn’t fun but it was probably the leanest I have ever been as I was already lean before I cut them. If your client is stalling you need to ensure they are following the plan completely. If they are and you have maxed out cardio and diet adjustments then it’s time to step back and reduce movement whilst slowly adding some more calories in.

I would add some movement in and potentially reduce carbs and replace cals with fat to help reduce water retention. If e2 is high you can look at reducing this but it shouldn’t be a problem with your current cycle.

Chest done this evening. Nothing mad as I was fatigued from legs yesterday. Slightly different structure this week but I don’t mind abit of change in routine from time to time. Still doing cardio most mornings which has made me feel better and fitter. Still have back and another leg session to hit this week so will rest tomorrow to recover a little before back.
