Hey, if you’re currently maintaining your weight then your at your maintenance calories so what you do from there is dependent on your goal. I always have a rough idea of calories but generally follow macros. So you can increase movement to aid weight loss or make minor adjustments weekly to your makros.

Back day with a ham top up today. Moved volume up and reduced weight a little to rest my joints abit. T Bar rowed for the 1st time in a while working up to 6 plates, I always forget how much they fuck you up. Rest tomorrow and I’m moving the station bike into the house to increase movement.

Chest and shoulders done, only 4 exercises on total but I know I will feel it tomorrow. My chest contracts easily which makes it easier to cause micro tears so I can keep volume low. Activity was up today as i try to increase movement and get a little leaner. Back tomorrow with Harry 💪

So Dr’s have patients run hcg alongside trt, usually microdosed daily. Personally I don’t think it’s needed unless you’re hoping to stay fertile. Big balls get in the way of training lol, every set I’m juggling balls around before sets because their in the way lol, I do more ball playing than a snooker player 😅

Hilly is spot on, proviron is a great tool to lower estrogen just a little as we still need estrogen for muscle growth. If you do have any sides like sore or lumpy nipples then it’s best to recheck bloods and if you need to you can lower estrogen with an ai should that be the issue.

Did some squats today for the 1st time in a long time, it was nice to be under the bar and squating again without pain. Weight was at about 70% of my usual but nice to be back.

As suggested above, it would depend on body composition. I wouldn’t be concerned on this rate of gain unless my body composition was well off.

Nice rest day with a long dog walk around swanage. Mon and Tues sessions always hit me hard as recovery is not great at mo. I may take another rest day tomorrow or il hit a little shoulders. I have lots of clients competing this year so my check in days are more frequent which is fun seeing my clients smashing it and its giving me the bug back for competing again, I don’t think my days of competing are over just yet lol.
