    Just start by adding an additional 350 to 400kcal a day and keep track of body composition from there. As suggested you could continue for a week to let the cheat meal water drop off.

    Very active rest day today, around 15k steps which probably wasn’t the best idea after having my verruca frozen, I’m now limping about lol. Managed to finish the posing room, now just waiting on some art work of Ed Corney to put in there and a sign for the door. Currently running a projector in another room of old school training videos. We can also play fights in there when some of our fighters are on. Shoulders on tomorrow before leg day is already upon us.     Hey,

    Ideally we would need to see blood work to see what is causing the issue. Its likely low testosterone and high estrogen which you could control with an ai and some nolvadex. Just to confirm you have never used anabolics previously?

    unfortunately often when the lump has formed it won’t go from medication and surgery is the only option.

    Chest session with Harry today and filmed for his YouTube. Strongest ive been on dumbells for a while and managed 70s for 10 reps. Started work on the gyms posing room today. We have over 30 people competing this year so it was a must to get a designated room for it. Lots more work to do, it will be called The Ed Corney posing room in memory of one of the pioneers of posing.

    Agree with the above. Look at some studies and go back to your tutor and discuss your findings. I’ve been on a high protein diet for over 20 years and my blood work is spot on. There’s 80 year old bodybuilders like Robby Robinson who have been on a high protein diet for 60 plus years.

    Quality leg day today, felt great and was really in the zone, almost felt like i was back on cycle lol. Pushed volume up again just to save joints. Finished just in time to watch one of the gyms fighters destroy her opponent in her debut on ONE championship in Thailand. We have our boxing coach fighting tomorrow locally, the local shows are always interesting and full of characters lol.

    Calories are low so your not at optimal recovery. This isn’t a problem if you want to lose weight but you have to except you will feel tired on low calories. I would increase calories slowly and make sure activity levels like movement or steps are high.
