Decided to start some trt today, starting at 200mg of cyp and will run 200iu hcg eod to keep testes active and fsh and Lh in balance. I aim to do bloods in 6weeks and work from there. A yr and half off and I’m done with feeling shitty so will attempt to run true trt and work from there.

Primo will suppres estrogen, you can run other compounds on low test doses. What do you mean by breaking out.

Usually il opt for a low dose 6 to 8 week cycle of Clen.

Decent leg session yesterday, so far injury free for sometime which I’m pleased with after 20 years of training and heavy training at that. Physique still looks like a pile of shit, I really don’t think there’s much I can do with my test at 11, my diets not high cal and I’m still fat lol. I may go onto a trial trt with hcg course soon. I’ve had fatigue issues and a severe dry scalp that I’m putting down to my hormone imbalances. So far ive done 17months full natty and I’m pleased with how I’ve kept meals regular and training hard but with my low T levels I really can’t see myself getting anywhere Physique wise without pushing them up a little. Watched some of the Arnolds and for me overall Andrew has a god like almost perfect Physique so I’d love to see him win.

As above I find it makes people sore subq. I’d personally use and insulin pin into a lean muscle in the future.

It’s varys person to person but like suggested if you have too much midsection bfat you can pull back. % wise probably no more than 20%

Hi,
What advice would you like? You can’t be in a calorie deficit and build muscle. You need a surplus so aslong as you have that and are training hard you will build muscle.

Decent back session done today. had my Glutathione push yesterday, going to try and get it done regularly as its an amazing antioxidant. As i rested yesterday I have chest tomorrow then thursday i have a rest day to donate blood which I do every 3 months.

Hey,
I would start at 300 test initially then when weight stalls add primo at 300. Then when you stall again add an additional 300. Get as much as you can out of as little as possible and work from there.

Good week of training and a much needed rest day today, even managed a long afternoon nap. Headed back to the cryo chamber today for the 1st time in a long time. Hoping to maintain some of my injuries and improve recovery a little, il be taking Harry there as he had a list of niggles at the minute. Wife massaged my legs today and I have a Glutathione push tomorrow at Harry’s wife’s clinic followed by a slow vitamin iv. Current goal is to drop some bfat and improve overall health. So more cardio it is.
