    2000iu HCG 2 x per week over 3 weeks.

    Tamoxifen only needed if you get gyno. 40mg split am and pm Every day for 40 days.

    Start Clomid after 3 weeks. 100mg for 2 weeks. 50 mg for 4 weeks. 25mg for 10 days. Take before bed due to depression side effects.

    Really good back session today, legs still sore from Friday but managed to get a good back session in regardless. Put some dumbell pullovers in today which I’ve missed recently, even put in dumbell rows, you really have to work at stabilising the body and It takes alot out of you but I really enjoy them. Rest day tomorrow and I need it.

    Water keeps you hydrated, electrolytes and perhaps glycerol could be beneficial in a very hot country where you sweat throughout the day.

    Letro is horrendous. It makes you feel like shit. Most trt Dr’s use aromasin which is a much milder drug. You may not even need an ai if you get no sides. Estrogen is actually a good thing for health and muscle growth.

    Sunday rest day and I definitely over did it on leg day as I can’t walk or touch my legs without pain lol. You would think I would learn after 20 years of training but obviously not. So today i will mostly be sitting and lying whilst moaning to my wife about my legs 😅

    Decent leg session done this evening. 8 exercises in total as I felt really good. Predominantly quad focused on Fridays and on Tuesdays il do a hammy top up. If my recovery is there I will add a quad top up mid week to try and improve my quad development. Meals have bumped up to 6 and I’m on around 3k cals so plenty of room to move up.

    55% of antibiotics in the food system are are in pigs because they get worms etc. From a health perspective its an inferior meat source. The WHO studies show that pork alongside other processed meats are carcinogenic and it’s suggested 1 in 3 cancers are as a result of processed foods.

    Decent back workout today, switched to smith barbell rows for abit which feel nice on the arsenal smith machine. Rest day tomorrow and il get some deep tissue work. Everyone in the UK buzzing over Samsons Arnold win, I’ve been lucky enough to compete against samson and hes a great guy whos super humble.

    Decided to start some trt today, starting at 200mg of cyp and will run 200iu hcg eod to keep testes active and fsh and Lh in balance. I aim to do bloods in 6weeks and work from there. A yr and half off and I’m done with feeling shitty so will attempt to run true trt and work from there.
