Rest day after a productive week of training. Dog walk along the beach and then some deep tissue work to help with a niggle I got mid week. Now for some down time after a busy week of work before we go again 💪

Managed to pull something in my back today so it’s back home for a massage from the wife and try and heal up for legs tomorrow. I did a smith shoulder press fir the 1st time for a long time and it didn’t agree with me, maybe I’m getting old lol

Nice rest day today. Went for a long walk by the beach and did some gym cleaning and maintenance. Been starting this week off with morning cardio and already feeling more energised with improved digestion. Shoulders tomorrow and we’re already at the end of the week 🤯

Post workout meal should be a high GI carb with a white meat protein or isolate shake. So if your mea 1 is that the yes. Have a decent meal rhe night prior and use something like mps max prior to training

Felt a little under the weather the last few days so took it easy on chest today. Started the day with cardio and finished with a high intensity row. Planning on getting fitter and dropping around 5kg over the coming weeks.

Hi,
We can’t really advise too much on medical conditions as we are not Dr’s. Pancreitus can impact insulin response when it’s inflamed. I would imagine a lower carb approach to your diet would help with sensitivity like it would in someone without it. Maybe keep track of when it flares up and write down what foods you eat, you may find what irritates the condition this way.

Decent week of training, absolutely fucked. Weight is at 124kg and fat so time to pull the bike in from the garage and get moving more. Il be running some BP testing over the next few weeks as my weight has increased so likely that has gone up. Nothing some cardio won’t sort out.

Agree with Hilly on this. I personally prefer to do pct and come off completely but many trt, I say trt I mean they take more than trt and call it trt lol

I’ve had clients with similar metabolisms. I would recommend pushing to 5k cals. I’ve had people as high as 6 to 7 depending on body type
