240 today. Up 3 lbs from stage weight. Still quite dry but fulness is coming back.

Got bloods done yesterday and if they come back ok, I’m jumping start into a cycle. I’m not wasting time if I don’t need to back track

I’m near retirement now, and I have maybe this one off season to really pack it on. I WANT to be on the O stage next year.

Risky ? Maybe. Not really if bloods are good. And considering I had 6 years off up till 2024, I’m not worried

The risk is worth the reward for me now. I’m an Olympian and I’m earning decently from this life, so I’m gonna push the boundaries without regrets

Did chest today. And a tricep pump

Still pondering my split. Shoulder day doesn’t always feel good, so I’m thinking of the below split

Day 1- back , rear delts , traps, abs

Day 2- chest , side delts , calves

Day 3- legs

Day 4- arms

Rest / repeat

This way frequency goes up slightly. And it makes more sense since my delts don’t need a full day, they are a strong part, where as my arms need attention.

So yesterday was back.

Chest today

Tomorrow is legs or rest

Rest day wise – Sunday will be a fixed rest day so I can plan stuff with my family.

Then mid week I’ll take a rest day too. As and when I get really need it

Appreciate the honesty and transparency here Sas, definite makes sense with your potential here. Excited to follow this next phase of growth
Thanks bud. I will be honest but I hope most people realise my situation is different to most. But I’ll always look for red flags and listen to them. Let’s GROW I hope you find it fun I know I will

I take gh with my last meal cos I go bed straight after and I’m not waking for anything but a piss haha. Done this for years regarding of carbs etc in the last meal. Never had any issues with it

Love the stuff. I’d choose eq over primo / mast any day. I can run it high and feel great. The muscle volume / roundness and pump is awesome on it and it’s clean mass

Normally you handle your offseasons yourself. Are you staying under Chris’s watchful eye now, or only when you start dieting again?

I’ve always done my off season myself buddy. Barring maybe half an off season with Chris maybe 10 years ago and I hated it lol. I’m actually very uncoachable , Chris is very relax and I’ve known him For 12 years so it’s ways with him. But yes so I hand things over to him at around 10 weeks out from a show

Peptide wise also I’ll be using the list below. My goal is to stay leaner the usual. So I can run a very short prep. This way I have a longer runway to grow.

Peptides
1mg mot c pre
50mcg 5 amino pre
600mg SLU pre

I may put NAD and carnitine in soon

So, 2nd place at the British Grand Prix. Lost of possibly the best Krizo yet. But I felt I pushed him. Especially when it came to completeness , conditioning, posing and presentation . But that dude is huuuge. So size won. And I’m ok with that. He’s a top 10 Olympian.

238 today so still at stage weight ish. Had yesterday off , had a meal out with my family

Today I start my off season. Details below

Training – my usual bro splits starting low volume and titrate up

Diet – 350g protein, 600g carbs, 100g days

Cycle — OFF OFF for a few weeks, nothing.
THEN- 500mg test / 10iu gh. Will makes sure I’m healthy then start to push test and gh higher as I progress

I only have 4-5 months to gain size. I’m losing to the big boys on pure size alone so ideally I want 5-6 lbs. Then start hitting shoes in late spring / summer

So no time to waste

Congratulations on your participation in the Olympia, and good luck this weekend in the championship. I’ve read that you’re using Cardarine, SLU, and 5-Amino. What is the dosage for each? Timing? Have you noticed anything when introducing them? I’m especially interested in Cardarine, since I’ve read quite a bit about the other two.

Thanks buddy

Cardsrine – 20mg pre
Slu – 600mg pre
5 amino – 1mg pre

These all helped with physical energy. Mental focus and clarity.

Cardarine most helped my performance in the gym. I felt I had much more endurance.

2 days out. 235.5. Prep low. Can’t remember looking this lean. Ever lol.

Food is higher today. 500g today so up 200g. Days and carbs the same.

Trained upper body pump today. Last session of the week.

Got 2 meals left, Chris wants pictures and weight before my last meal before he decide wether to give me anymore aldactone or leave it

When though I’m at my lightest, I don’t look flat. Still look very round. Upper body arms and lats holding so well

The heavier , lower rep training has definitely helped this prep

I removed gh 1.5 weeks ago before flying to vegas and left it out.

I also don’t use anadrol , winny etc the last couple days before a show

237.5 today so a little below stage weight now

Chris has kept the plan the same. Keep me somewhat depleted so I soak up the food as it goes up in next couple days.

I don’t actually feel I need a lot of food to fill out right now. Even on just 300 carbs I don’t feel too flat. Which is good as I prefer to not eat a ton of food going into a show. Just not as safe or predictable

So 300 carbs today. No cardio. 12.5 t3.

Mot c , 5 amino 1mq , and slu are helping me stay energised and sane

Light legs today. Tomorrow will be upper pump. Then Friday is rest day for a Saturday snow

Legs and ABs

Laying ham curls 2 x 8-12

Stand in ham curls 2 x 6-10

Seated ham curls 2 x 8-10

Leg press 2 x 8-12

Smith squats 2 x 8-12

Leg extensions 3 x 10-15

Adductors 1 x 15

Abductors 1 x 13

Rope Ab crunches 3 x 8-12

Are you still taking Cardarine? Have you felt anything from it other than a bit longer endurance?
Yes still taking. Little higher body temp maybe. But mainly endurance

It’s insane how your body keeps responding to everything. Show after show, peak after peak. Absolutely insane. You’ve brought an even better physique this time. And now on to the next show haha. Brutal!

Are you going to keep competing, or will you take a break at some point lol

Haha I think I’m just a bit crazy mate. But yeah to be honest I’m surprised I’ve responded like this too. In the past I’d do 1 or 2 shows and I was totally done for the year.

This Saturday will be my last show till next year for sure. 8 is enough I think lol

I’d opt for Retatrutide. I know you say you can manage the food focus , the Reta does way more than just that. I think shutting down food focus has a very calming / mentally positive effect. You’ll know what I mean when you feel it.
As well as , and more importantly for pushing food / peds, Reta will keep you very insulin sensitive, making your body more efficient at utilising food therefore allowing you to gain muscle more efficiently on less food, mitigates fat gain, and helps reduce fatty liver and other health makers including lipids , inflammation and others. Keeping you healthier. Last but got least it will enhance the effects of gh and other peds

It’s a no brainer at the moment for what we do.

To add to that, you can use MOT c or SLU to enhance metabolic which again makes the process more efficient

238.9 today ; 4 days out from the British Grand Prix

Olympia done! What an incredible experience that was. The way they treated us, the fans, the theatrics and production on stage was all just mind blowing. It felt like I was in a dream , and now I’ve woken up back home lol

I ended in around 236-237 on stage. With noticeable improvements to my arm fulness as well as my rear double bicep
Shot. I no losing lat size too. So considering I’ve been prepping for majority of the year I’m happy with this

It shows how just make adjustments to training alone can help improve the physique. Even if not in a calorie surplus. Although my little 6 week rebound helped a lot I’m sure

Carbs stayed fairly steady around 600-700 daily. Fluid was at 2.5 litres daily. Use 12.5 aldactone on 3 days. And 1/2 a diazide on the morning of the show.

So now the focus is the British Grand Prix this Saturday

Right now carbs are down to 300. Fluid and salt are normal intake.

Yesterday trained chest. Today back. Light ish work focusing more on pump. The jet lag is real and having already peak last week I can’t risk anything in the gym

Loved the olympia look, so clean and polished! I’ll be in the crowd and rooting for you at the British. Really want you to get that early olympia qualification, have a prolonged off season and make some noise in 2026!

Thanks Jordan! I was very happy with the look and improvements I’ve made.
Gonna try bring and when better look for the British this Saturday. Hopefully get to meet you buddy : )
