That could work mate. Best thing to do is start and see how you feel. Mast doesn’t pull down e2 as much as much people expect. So bare that in mind but EQ will do a good job.
If it’s a growth cycle you’d get more bang for your buck with 400 test 200 eq and that’ll control estrogen nicely. Just my opinion

Depends how much body fat you’re carrying by end of this push, and where your appetite / insulin sensitivity is.
If you’re still lean and responsive then just raking off a few lbs of fluid (which cruise dosage will do anyway) is all you need. No point dieting downIf you’re overly soft , appetite is totally shot and blood sugar is quite high then do a 2-3 week cut to bring things back then maintain over your cruise period

Full rest day today. Been falling asleep a lot in between client work involuntarily lol so body definitely telling me something
Zero appetite. If anything I feel sick at the thought of food so eating what I can
I had this coming , 9 months contest prep, 8 shows, no rest, 2 sons who have been sick as well as the Mrs… and had zero chance really haha

Eq can effect some more the others in terms of estrogen. 2:1 test to eq is usually a good ratio. But you have to give it time to set. Can’t change it after 3 weeks cos you feel crappy
But also, some need a bigger ratio.
If you feel amazing on just high test. Why not just do that ?

Then an option is to Change your split. Full body isn’t special. Upper lower isn’t special. PPL isn’t special. Single body parts isn’t special. None of them of more special then others. They ALL work
Change your exercises. They ALL work
You’re young and you have a long road ahead of you. Don’t be so hard on yourself

Ah sorry buddy. I tend to give a dose 3-4 weeks before a bump. 3 weeks is a good number from my experience with myself

I do BPC / th500 at 1mg each daily took pain subsides . They maintain at 0.5mg every day or every other for a couple more weeks – can inject into upper
Glute to get close. For me systemic works alsoGhk cu also at 1-2mg daily
Stretch your back, glutes , quads ; hams daily
Strengthen / pump your glutes up daily too

60mg daily for a first cycle is absolutely enough. You shouldn’t need to go any higher if everything else is properly in place

263 today. Arm day. Woke up with more of this flu / sickness bug so tomorrow I’ll 100% fully rest. Literally just food; work and sleep if I can make myself.
I’ll do the same the day after if I need
But today’s arm wasn’t too bad. I just knew this sickness was starting effect my joints and lifts. Even though the pump was great.
I’m actually glad I’m sick lol. Because it confirms the fact that I needed to back off.
Come new year I want to be able to possibly start a prep IF i asses things and I’m sure I’ve made enough progress to show an improved physique on stage.
So I’ll see. I really want to do even more shows next year. If my body allows of course. So I’d love get started early in the year

Happens to me. I pull out as much air as I can from the vial then the mixture comes out much easier.

264 today so a considerable drop after yesterdays rest day. With the drop in anabolics and gh I expect it to be harder to hold my weight close to 270 when I’m not far
This is a good thing! Means my weight is mostly muscle and water, rather then fat also
Great leg season today. Lots of volume as I felt great, still mo heavy heavy loads. But I can feel my body is bouncing back fast in terms of recovery already

If you’re young and have not so fertility parameters then it won’t do much. Theres no “maintaining” at that stage.
If you’re older and have fertility issue then it can definitely help but not on its own. So this question needs way more context to answer properly
