Your food intake is already quite high – do you plan to remove the Reta over time? Because according to studies, even a small dose slightly slows down gastric emptying.
This food is relatively low for me bud. I’ll regular my Reta dosage as food goes up/ On 0.5mg every day Reta right now i am hungry before every meal. As soon as it becomes harder to eat I’ll start bring the Reta dose down for sure. Right now it’s perfect

240 today. Up 3 lbs from stage weight. Still quite dry but fulness is coming back.
Got bloods done yesterday and if they come back ok, I’m jumping start into a cycle. I’m not wasting time if I don’t need to back track
I’m near retirement now, and I have maybe this one off season to really pack it on. I WANT to be on the O stage next year.
Risky ? Maybe. Not really if bloods are good. And considering I had 6 years off up till 2024, I’m not worried
The risk is worth the reward for me now. I’m an Olympian and I’m earning decently from this life, so I’m gonna push the boundaries without regrets
Did chest today. And a tricep pump
Still pondering my split. Shoulder day doesn’t always feel good, so I’m thinking of the below split
Day 1- back , rear delts , traps, abs
Day 2- chest , side delts , calves
Day 3- legs
Day 4- arms
Rest / repeat
This way frequency goes up slightly. And it makes more sense since my delts don’t need a full day, they are a strong part, where as my arms need attention.
So yesterday was back.

Tomorrow is legs or rest
Rest day wise – Sunday will be a fixed rest day so I can plan stuff with my family.
Then mid week I’ll take a rest day too. As and when I get really need it

I’ll be trying to dial everything up. Main PED’s focus will be test and GH. I feel best on these. Dosages wise I’ll likely push them as high as I can as long I can A-sleep B-eat C-train intense D-maintain a decent blood pressure…. If any of these factors start to lag I’ll stop. Going up to 3-4g test eq and 20iu gh isn’t off the tableFood wise i am gonna try eat cleaner then usual off seasons, and stay leaner so body can handle the anabolics better too. But this all depends on how I’m progressing
Training wise— lower rep range heavier weights seemed to work this season so I’ll continue with this on
As always I am very instinctive / fluid so I’ll talk about my thoughts and processes here as I go of course : )

246 yesterday so dropped a few lbs after rest day as predicted. But I like that. Helps make sure gut doesn’t get very stuffed all the time
Food is quite low anyway for how. I’ll see how I get on my mid week, I should / want to see 250 lbs comfortably. I’ll reassess if that doesn’t happen.

Yesterday was legs. So it’s come back round 5 days after the last one.
I’m loving the smith squats right now. For once, more so then leg press. I’m at 60kg per side for a comfortable but hard 8. So I want to build on this. I’ve not built up my squats for over 10 years haha but smith is way less risky then barbell. Easier too I guess
These peptides – game changers. Not just physique wise, but mentally too.
I feel so much more focus / switch on. Mental cognition / health and a benefiting a lot from some of these which just allows me to my work better / faster , do more work, and also work on my other business venture / interest. Which needs a lot of reading and researching

Diet
1- 3 whole eggs, 8 whites, 150g oats, 3 bagel thins, 100g honey
Train- 50g carbs performance fuel
2- 80g whey, 200g oats 100g honey
3- 200g chicken, 2 bagel thin
4- 200g chicken/ beef, 150g oats,
5- 100g whey, 50g nut butter

249 today so up again. Today is a rest day so I expect a drop. Although I’m going for a meal with my entire family later so that might balance things out.
Turkish restaurant called turquoise, the food so so good there.
I don’t plan on eating sloppy (fatty sugary stuff ) but a good mix of healthy foods high protein carbs fats etc.
I’m not scared of the junk calories (you know me lol I love junk food) I just don’t want to slow my digestion down.
Today I’ve done some work for my clients. Spend some time researching my investments in the stock markets, and spending the rest of the evening with my family
Food has been the same as training day but minus the honey.

Will you just stick with test/eq SAS the whole way… do you think you’ll have to use AI?
Yep test and eq all the way. I’ll use adex if and when I need. But from last experience if my eq is at least half of my test , my estrogen stays controlled . If anything, I might lower eq and up test since eq sometimes crashes my e2 a little too much. I like e2 on the high end when I’m growing. So I might not even need any adex / aromasin

What type of cardio does Chris prescribe you? What’s the incline and speed he generally goes for or is it up to you?
With me just a stroll with the dog outside. Or if I do treadmill I do zero incline and a slow speed. I barely break a sweat. Basically just steps. But if someone found it hard to get lean, maybe would increase the cardio intensity

Rest. There’s no rush, don’t go in at less then 100% when you know after some rest you can go at have way better seasons

I hate low test cycles. I feel like shit in every aspect in and out the gym.
On high test My joints feel amazing. My mood is great, sleep is great , appetite is great etc etcAnd I don’t like high mast. Makes me look 10 years mode and craggy haha and makes me moody. My joints don’t feel good on it. And my lipids are shit too.
So that’s me.
See if you can decide what make more sense and feels better to you

I don’t see any issues here. I train after meal one. As long as you’re getting a hit of protein and carbs , you’re good

248 today. Up a couple lbs. Feel great. Feel fuller every day. Appear is is great. Digestion is great, strength pumps in the game are going up every day.
Zero complaints for now.

Added IGF DES pre workout too. Straight into the muscle in training so 50mcg in each pec today. Pump was insane and felt like I could train forever lol

I’m also adding Lantus in at 10iu fasted since gh has double.
I have a blood glucose monitor but it keeps showing error so maybe my test strips are too old… I’ll order some tonight
But I’ll adjust Lantus according to fasted BG levels
No t3. I have PROFORMA’s GC-1 in instead.50mcg. This minims what t3 does but also reduces fatty liver aid bad cholesterol.
This one is MUST for us guys. Look it up.
This will allow us to not use t3 or Clen again. Or at least lower their dosages if you use these. I barely use t3 and never use Clen but I’m happy to use GC as I just don’t think it’ll have any bad effects
Food wise I won’t change a thing. I think the test eq and gh will let me gain at least a good 10 lbs from here on this food.
Tonight I’m having a cheat. Burger and fries with Leanne as it’s my 40th. I don’t really crave it but I want to relax with her and we enjoy a nice takeaway. This place does very nice Burgers , quite lean so it won’t even be bad
So this meal itself will boost things for me as i am so sensitive right now

Hi bud, last few weeks of prep my totally dosages including injectable, anadrol anavar and winny were 3400 ish. Current 1500. So no, anabolics are lower. But gh is double. Prep I was on 5iu nightly. Now 10iu -
Don’t mix them. Lot of these have different molecular structures so if mixed they lose potency.
