    Holding 246 last couple days.

Chris has reduce carbs down to 120g today as I travel to vegas
    Yesterday carbs were 320
    12.5 t3

Last session on home soil yesterday was back at 5 days out and it felt pretty good.
6 movements. 3 sets each. And some abs.

Crazy how training hasn’t dropped at all this prep been with training 6 days per week for the most part

And also considering I’ve been on contest prep 8 out of the 9 months this year.

Always, long day of flying today so no training.

I’ll report back to you guys from vegas 🙂

I’m not 100% of they help arthritis directly but BPC 157 and TB500 do wonders for joint / trauma / injury issues. Maybe worth taking a look into those two

So 6 days out. Been holding 246 lbs.

Food been steady with the 480g carb menus. 12.5 t3. No cardio.

I think we will hold here, the the day before I travel and the day of travel (5 and 4 days out) Chris will pull food down a bit more so I can semi deplete.

Condition is there. Just need to dry out and I’m ready to rock.

Training hasn’t changed much. Strength and endurance in the gym has still been very high. I think the peptides help a lot here.

Rest the day in quite zombified but as long as I don’t move much I’m ok haha. Mentally I feel good enough to do all my work with clients, as my extra stuff I work on outside of bodybuilding.

    Sleeping 6 hours per night.

So no complaints. Appetite still not crazy high. Reta doing a good job of killing any food cravings.
Not sure if I like that aspect haha I quite enjoy fantasising about junk food at this point.

I’m very much opposite to most bodybuilders in so many ways. But I like the health effects of Reta so I’ll keep it in at a very low dose

    Delts and calves today
    Standing calf raises 4 x 10-20
    Smith press 3 x 6-12
    Smith upright row 3 x 8-12
    Dh side laterals 4 x 8-12
    Plate front raises 4 x 10-20
    Cable face pulls 4 x 8-12

246.6 yesterday so only 1 lb up after high day

Yesterday was 480 carbs. 20 cardio. No t3

    Today is 480 carbs, 30 cardio, 12.5 t3

    Time to get skinless peeled.

8 days out and I am very relaxed. Zero stress. Zero nerves, minimal emotions like excitement etc. just how I like it. Just a focused level head

Chris is happy with daily checks ins.

The peptides I am using are helping a lot with mental focus / cognition, fat loss as well as energy in the gym . And I’ve brought in low dose Reta for all its benefits. Food focus , insulin sensitivity , reducing fatty liver, makes gh more effective and so on.

I’m very impressed with it all. I’m using SLU pp , mot c , 5 amino 1mq, l carnitine and Reta

Today was high day. 1000g carbs. Well times since I woke up 245.9 another prep low

But I really like the look. I don’t even think I look flat at all. Just getting sharper by the day.

I could easily continue with the 480 carb menu but orders from the boss to eat up.

Arm day today after the 400g carb meal 1 pre training

Awesome arm session. With 10 days to go training couldn’t be better. Sleep is perfect. Mental energy is high (most of the day)

Zero complaints. I would hope this kinda prep for all of you if possible haha

    Arms and abs

    Db curls standing 4 x 8-12

    Db concentration curls 4 x 8-12

    Db hammer curls swayed 4 x 6-10

    Ez bar 21’s x 3 sets

Ez bar tricep push downs 4 x 10-20

    Rope extensions 4 x 8-12

Single arm cable push downs 4 x 8-12

    Close grip bench press 3 x 10-20

    Rope crunches 5 x 10-20

I just reading an old log from you doing 60 minutes cardio, dragging your feet all day on 30 carbs hahaha. It’s funny how every prep is different!

    [/quote]
Definitely! This is what I try day when people assume I get lean super easy every prep. 90% of my preps from day one have been TOUGH, with a lot of hard dark days. Need to remember I’ve been doing this consistent for 2 decades. 25 years ago I go fat just looking at food haha

I guess some say to screen your organs and scan for any possible abnormality. Gh at higher dosage will feed cancers / tumours. But i haven’t done this (naughty) and not sure many people do

Through calorie deficit and / or cardio or more movement. Find your maintenance food intake that allows your to home weight with your current lifestyle and weight training (no extra cardio etc ) then reduce this amount by 300-500 calories via carb / fat I take and see how you get on, you should see some weight loss after a few days, keep on this new food intake till it stalls then repeat. You can decrease food or add cardio / steps to achieve this goal

We’d need a lot more context / details to give a remotely helpful answer but it can be number for a number of reasons buddy. You could have rebounded better meaning did you blow up fast ? Because 300 carbs isn’t a high rebound. If you’ve damaged your metabolism you’ll need to let your body level out /
Catch up. What ever is keeping your weight steady just stick with it but don’t overdo cardio or PED’s etc. give your body a bread in every sense and try relax.
But again , I couldn’t be way off because I’ve not idea how you’ve got to this point sorry

So productive couple days. Weight been trending down about a lb per day , 247 this morning. And definitely the best I’ve looked. Both shape and condition. Chris is happy too

Food has been at 480g carbs. No cardio. No t3 last 2 days.

Yesterday was chest day, awesome sessions. Today was legs focusing on hams and glutes. In alternating my leg days, , quads then hams and repeat. So depending on rest say, I’m only hitting quads and hams everyday 12-14 days. Much better on my knees.

Fatigue a lot higher today, which is fine and expected at this body fat , rest day tomorrow which will help.

    Chest and calves
    Standing calf raises 5 x 8-15
    Incline smith 3 x 8-12

Solid day yesterday. Woke 249 so down a bit. Changing daily right now which is always fun to see. Just getting sharper and seeing the skin get thinner. Lower back sucking right in and the finer details coming through. Great timing

    30 min cardio yesterday. 480g carb menu. 12.5 t3

Cardio is still a very light easy walk. I’d call it a stroll lol don’t break a sweat. I do it before meal 4. (Train after meal 1)

Which in turn is allowing my performance in the gym stay at its peak.

    Back and abs yesterday
    Single cable pull downs 3 x 8-12
    Wide grip pull downs 3 x 8-12
    Hammer pull downs 3 x 8-12
    Db rows 3 x 8-12
    Neutron grip pull ups 3 x 6-10
    Dy row 3 x 8-12
    Smith dead lifts 2 x 6-10
    Rope ab crunches 4 x 10-20

    Good evening Sas,

How much Cardarine are you using pre workout? Do you also notice better pumps on it?

20mg and to be honest my pumps have very good all prep but I do think this helps too. It seems to help endurance a bit more
