So 5 weeks 6 days out from Olympia finals today. I’m 261 , weight has spiked up last 2 days.
Chris has cut food so we are now on the 480g carb menu instead of the 600g.
A much easier amount to get down. A bit crazy that I’m still over 260 lbs inside 6 weeks out.
Body feels quite battered right now. It was harder to have a quality session today. My chest / delts feel very tight too Rest day tomorrow , then Monday I’ll asses how I feel, then it not much improvement I’m going to either decrease training
Volume or add a mid week rest day to go back to a 5 day splitBetween pray was hamstring and glutes, I don’t do RDL’s since I didn’t have much in me.

Laying ham curls 2 x 6-12

Wide stance leg press 2 x 8-12

258.5 today up just over a lb after the high day. I feel fuller than just 1 lb though for sure. And back training felt amazing too. The pump was crazy and I felt big
Back to the 600g carb menu today. And it’s welcomed lol. This amount is so easy at this point.
So hopefully I’ll tighten up some more over the next couple days. See what Chris says , he’s happy with today’s shots. I check in again tomorrow
Back day no 2 , focusing on lats , rear delts and biceps went really well. Strength up.

270.2 today so back down to baseline.
1000g carb day going well. Had a fantastic quad session. Heavier then ever and knee’s were behaving well again. I’m on a run. Low volume is winning for me right now
Body heat is super high with these carbs but it’s all good and expected. I feel fuller this high day but I feel I’m still burning through the food very fast
This is where I’d personally use a cheat meal to feel this kind of metabolism but Chris is the boss. And that’s got me craving anything cos I’m not hungry one bit. Infact I’d love less food haha

258.5 today so 1.5 lbs up after my 2nd 1000g / 7000 calorie high day.
Chris wanted me to have another one tomorrow. That’s 3 high days in 5 days.
He wants me 100% full and strong. I am
Strong but pumps having been as crazy as usual. And since I don’t have trouble getting into true stage condition , Chris wanted to make sure I stay full , at least at this pointThe high day foods are the usual… eggs , egg whites, whey, beef, bagels, jam, honey, oats, rice, some berries
Today was chest day. Strength actually down on incline smith press , but my right shoulder didn’t feel right. On flat smith however strength was up.
Today is a 600g carb day. An easier day lol.
Still no cardio. No t3. No Clen. Body feels great

So Chris gave me another 7000 calories food day today since Saturday high day didn’t do a lot. Plus I did about 15k steps yesterday at the zoo so he timed it well
257 today so almost another lb down. Today’s food will stick better I think. I’m 2 meals in and 600g deep and already feel fuller.
Had a crazy good back session. Strongest I’ve been all prep on lifts

258 today – down 2 lbs after a high food day. Body is definitely telling me something and I think it was maybe run down. Hence the random fever / bad sleep and dodgy feeling … gets a nice 7k calorie refeed yesterday and relaxes. I def feel I look better too today

Rest day today – 270g carb day – brought the family to the zoo so lots of walking. Get to see the big cats which I love. Something amazing about seeing a lion in person, can feed off that king energy : D

Hey Sas, just dropping a little comment in here to say Im enjoying the updates you’ve been posting. I’ve been following along most days and it’s been pretty cool to see. Those post workout shots with Matt are mental and I can’t wait to see the rest of the journey to the O.
Hi Joe appreciate this feedback. Reminds me some people do follow this log as I do go weeks without any comments so start wondering if it’s of any use to anyone, so as long as I know even a couple guys are following along I’ll keep then as detailed as I can : )

260.2 today so weight up a bit more. No idea why, quite possibly the tren or body is being stubborn but that’s for Chris to deal with. He’s happy with today’s look and it’s high food day. Annoyingly since I have no appetite but we get shit done right? 7 weeks to be at my all time best and I’ll do what ever it takes

Arm day today with my friend Matt tofton at his awesome gym. Very good arm session; makes me want to put them back in
900 carbs gone in so far and I have 1 meal left to make it 1000.

260 today so up 3 lbs. Had some sort of fever in the night, or at least cold sweats / freezing the hot all of sudden so thought I was getting sick but woke up feeling ok. Not felt right all day today so I’m assuming I either ate something my stomach didn’t agree with or it was the tren e shot which I doubt because that’s never happened before
Either way, Chris has given me a 1000g high carb / 7000 calorie day tomorrow.
Again doing the opposite of what most coaches would do.
Checking in again with him in the morning too.
Rubbish chest and delts session. Felt absolutely weak which I think is down to a bad night sleep and what ever is going on
Pretty sure it’s passed or passing so I’m positive I’ll have a better day tomorrow

I’ve seen guys flatten out when mast is higher, both mentally and physically.
But lots also do well with higher mast especially if they aromatise easy.
So it really depends on you as an individual and what you will feel better doing
