Good day everyone! I hope you’re all having a good Monday! I had a brilliant pull session today, feeling good and looking where I should for 9.5 weeks out.

Checked in with Cal yesterday and we’ve seen the introduction of Primo going in (bloods were all perfect so they gave us the green light to add in anabolics) starting point for this is 180mg per week. Other supplements include; SLU 332 at 500mcg daily, GC – 1 at 100mcg daily, clen at 40mcg and thats that. We’ve seen a very good shift with these only so we shall adjust when we need too.

Output is currently 17k steps with 8k being fasted, no cardio (as of yet) and food is sitting around 2754 cals on TD and 2359. I’m feeling good and cannot wait to continue pushing, i’m actually wanting to be pushed harder but sometimes that doesnt work in my favour! This is why a coach is needed aha!

Tomorrow I’ve got push and then an evening of the cinema with my dad! Should be a good day!

    Hey Sara,

Was wondering how you personally notice the changes in E2 as a woman?

Would also be keen to know what supplements you take on a daily basis to keep your bloods really good (obviously also due to having a good diet and controlling other variables)?[/quote]

Hi Q – Regarding E2 and changes to this, tbh i’m maybe a little more irritable or I find my mood fluctuates much more, but overall i’ve never had any other symptoms outside of this. I obviously don’t have regular periods but this is something I had issues with prior to jumping on gear.

Supplements – basically the entire range of TBJP aha! My diet is bang on aswell, so that helps massively.

I couldnt agree more with whats been said by the other athletes here. Diet is needed here, get into a lean position and steadily reverse. What is your current diet set up? Have you got any pictures to pop on here so we can see where you are at?

I’ve done this a couple of times and enjoyed it! If i’m really in a rush , i’ll blend everything the night before and have it as a smoothie in the morning, super quick and easy way to get food in when you know you’re gonnan be busy!

Even with squats and deadlifts the day prior to the rest day, you’ll still be holding a response from that session (as its a hefty session! ) I would actually recommend taking a few more days rest prior to taking bloods to see where the readings are then. Regarding cholesterol , whats your diet looking like? We can take all the supplements in the world, but if the diet isnt where it needs to be then we need to assess that first. Making sure we’ve got plenty of good fats in our diet; olive oil, avocados, nuts, seeds, and oily fish will help bring cholesterol to a better position, just make sure that you don’t outside of your calorie amounts 🙂

Hi Rion! What is your current split and what are your sessions looking like? If we see this, then we can help a little more! Regarding the soreness, if you’re very sore I would always advise against training as it just opens yourself up to injuries etc if things havent fully recovered. We can dive into the recovery side of things when we get your set up! Remember though, to make sure you’re recovering fully its not just volume manipulations that potentially need to be made, but also diet, sleep , recovery practices (stretching , mobility etc) so ensure all these are also in place!
