I personally always change the needle as using it more then once could potentially effect future readings, also its typically not good practice to use needles multiple times from a hygiene perspective.

Another week done and dusted! This week has been crazy! But good crazy! Lots of onboards/newbies joining the team which is super cool to see! This weekend my partner is off so we plan on doing some bits together , which will be lush! I trained upper today which went well and tomorrow is legs which is always a good session so will kick off the weekend in an epic way! Have a good weekend everyone!

I agree with James here. If you’re needing to use a seat belt on the hack squat then surely you’re torso is coming so far off the pad that its injury provoking or you don’t have the stability to keep you back on the pad during the set. I would work on your form and stability in lifts so you can do them in the best possible way and get the most out of them.

I personally wouldn’t use the wrist cuff, I would only use the arm cuff here. The arm cuff generally is more reliable due to its reading being taken from the brachial artery , which is closer to the heart (hence why docs typically use this method). I would use this method and not bother with wrist readings. Much like the others have mentioned, I would look at investing in some love heart and a good quality omega product like Omega Pharma πŸ™‚

Evening guys! Hope everyone is having a wonderful week! I have just spent the evening with my godson which was just the best! Today was a rest day for me so just catching up on some life admin and getting new clients set and sorted with their new programs, had a very busy week so looking forward to some down time this weekend with my partner πŸ™‚ Tomorrow I have a couple of consults to tick off then upper in the afternoon. Should be another good day in the bag!

Posterior today and it was MEGA! I trained a little later today due to a little work I wanted to get done early! Really enjoyed it tbh, so might make it more of a regular occurrence on days I’m not in the warehouse! Calum is happy with check in and we continue on , pre prep phase will begin at the end of this month, before we fully send into prep in Feb! I’m very excited to say the least! Tomorrow is a rest day with some client work and routine prep to do for a posing client! Busy but good day!

Good evening team! Crazy weekend and a crazy day! Just wrapping up work after a very busy day, can very much say I’m ready for bed! Up for push in the AM, another day in the warehouse and client work in the afternoon! I’ve got four new starters to set up, which is epic to see!! Always feel so blessed to see people coming on the team! Epic times ahead!

Take your meals with you and have them ready so you don’t run behind. Like Michaela said, can be a little longer if you’ve had a drink with carbs and EAAS but I would still have your food prepped with you

Hey Chris! With Louis on this one, can you post some pictures here so we can advise accordingly!

So! Last night was a good night! Had some really good paranormal evidence come through, so now it’s time to review the videos and get editing! Today I actually took as a rest day, so I’ll shimmy around some sessions this week, no sessions will be missed I’ll just move some rest days around as the investigations can really take it out of you , so I’ve spent some time chilling out today and getting check ins done! Tomorrow is upper and then check ins and chill! So another good day coming!

I’ve never suffered with this myself but I would recommend having a couple more injection sites to rotate through, not just the delts and lats, especially if you’re finding you’re getting issues. Biceps, triceps and quads are all examples of other areas you could use πŸ™‚

Rest day today for myself! So just did some steady work bits and bobs and then went for a lovely walk with the pooch! I am out tonight on a solo paranormal investigation with my partner which should be epic! So I’m very excited for this! I will let you all know how it goes tomorrow!

Soooooo busy Monday but a good one! Had push this morning, very happy indeed!! Then an afternoon spent in the warehouse before client check ins and catch ups! Pretty much the same for tomorrow but instead of push its posterior! Should be a good one!

Agree with others on this, I work a few jobs and eat when I have time too , whether that be 2 hours between meals or 3 . As long as digestion is good and you can get your meals in, that time difference isn’t an issue.
