It’s normal to feel a little more tired when training if lean, but its points like this where it truly determines whether you really enjoy the dieting process of bodybuilding. You’ll find the majority of bodybuilders , myself included, absolutely love training no matter the phase (dieting, offseason ). I would also ask yourself if there are any other variables causing you to not enjoy training , as it might not be the dieting itself but also your training set up, environment etc, so I would revisit this.

Another really chilled day! Went for some lovely coffee this morning and then spent the afternoon taking murph for some lovely walks ! I have a massage in the morning then I’m actually going on a ghost hunt in the evening which should be very good! if you did’nt know I’m really into the paranormal so the opportunity arose for a chance to jump in on a ghost hunt and I went for it! So should be very fun!!

You have elements that you can still push. Moving cardio to every day etc . I’m with Nath in the fact I’m not a huge fan of yohimbine either, so would remove , get bloods and go from there with the possibility of adding in T3 if needed .

A day filled with dog walks and coffee! My partner and I are away at the moment for some time together (as we haven’t actually spent time together for a while!) so it’s been lovely! Tomorrow we plan on spending the day exploring with then pup and drinking more coffee aha!

Much like the others have mentioned – we can’t fully help if we don’t see the session all together, however what you could do is pop it in the session, see how you respond. If it’s too much, then remove, if you’re feeling good and recovery is fine, keep it in.

Good evening everyone! I hope everyone has had a good Monday! Flu has very much taken my soul today! The leg session this morning wasn’t the best, ended up aggrevating a previous injury in my back , so after speaking to cal, a few days full rest is on the cards and then we reassess as the days go by 🙂 so the next few days will be spent with my other half as we’re both off of work ! 🙂 so should be good!

what a weekend ! Honestly this weekend has been one of the most eye opening weekends in a long time! The changes I am going to make to my business going forward just off the back end of this weekend is crazy! Surround yourself with likeminded people guys! people that want to see you do well and you WILL succeed! Swapped my pull a leg sessions around today as I want to have another good sleep before hitting legs hard – so that will be done tomorrow – pull today was mega! Cannot complain at all! I now have a week off to spend with my other half which I’m very excited for considering we haven’t seen much of each other in the past 4 weeks! Have a mega week this week team!

I am to pause in the lengthened position for every exercise, purely for a control element. I advise clients to do the same.

Another day here in London! Another day of more eye opening networking etc – this opportunity has been crazy tbh and I’m grateful for this! I am hoping to make it back home tonight time dependant but I have legs in the morning and check in with cal , with plenty of other little bits todo! So we shall see how today goes! but it should be good nevertheless!

Much like the other athletes have asked – have you seen a physio? Your rehab is likely poor if you don’t know whats actually going on. I would get booked in with a physio, find what COULD be going on and rehab appropriately.

It might be worth looking at injecting into lats if you’re happy to do that. I used to do my lats and found it to be a pretty good site ! I personally have never done pec, and I don’t think it’s a largely common site to do tbh. Have you thought about doing arms? Biceps? triceps? These other options that could be considered! Busy day here in London but a good one! I haven’t been to London in a long time but its nice to have a change of pace and environment , plus learning from some amazing coaches in the industry, specifically business owners has opened my eyes to some huge changes I can make to improve my business. As I always say , you should always be hungry to learn and this year , for me , has very much been about that. I am very excited for whats in store for my business and cannot wait to take you all on the journey with me! I have upper tonight with a friend at crayford so I’m looking forward to that, then out for dinner with him. All in all a very good day to be had!

Rest day for me today ! Nothing too exciting tbh! Massage work and a road trip to London for an event this weekend! Will be training upper at Crayford tomorrow which should be mega!
