as James said, if you were already planning a week off , I would take it. Go and see a physio if it gets worse or doesn’t improve, you won’t lose all your gains in a week away from the gym. Light movement will be beneficial during this time. You mentioned that you have a good run and then it tends to ping and that theres always something that causes something to go, so if this is a common occurrence then I would advise to re – evaluate your training, or take a deep dive into why this might be happening.

Rest day again for me today! Little bit of work today and some client catch up this evening. I have a client meet up tomorrow at the gym, which should be good! Always love seeing my clients and training with them! Push on the menu so should be a good one!

If you want pieces of kit that don’t take up too much space but are brilliant , I would always advise looking at gymleco. Their leg pieces are mad good! Hip press and hack squat especially!
I know they’re not in your list but worth taking a look at!

Another day done!! Had a really good morning in the warehouse today, just ticking through orders and working through some admin! Then spent the afternoon in a long walk with my other half , seeing as she had the day off (we never some time off together) so we decided to have an afternoon together!! I did pull this morning which was a good session despite an upset stomach! No idea why but that did make my brace a little dodgy! Aha!
Tomorrow is a rest day, where I have a shift in the AM then a good solid work block in the afternoon/evening . I’m looking forward to it!

Rest day today! Work in the warehouse this morning then client catch ups and onboards this evening! Very good day indeed!

Hi Dave – Have you seen a physio for this? I would always recommend going and seeing someone to get a professional opinion on your current injury. You can then create an appropriate rehab program, unfortunatley without actually knowing whats going on it’s very difficult to advise. Plus peptides are great but they’re not magic, without doing the background work of rehab, peptides won’t be as effective as they can be, IMO anyway.

Legs today!! Steady session, not tooo many progressions , but muscle connection on everything was incredible, ten fold better then previously so I was very happy here. Will spend time really driving up my smith squat and making sure reps are perfect, I’m really enjoying this movement so can’t wait to see it climb! Rest day tomorrow so nothing too exciting!

Upper done and dusted this morning then an evening spent playing board games with friends!! Very much trying to ensure I spend more time switching off as these last few weeks I haven’t and I feel it’s really had a negative impact on a lot of things, so my goal moving forward week to week is to ensure I have a good couple of days completely away from work. Don’t get me wrong I do find it hard to switch off but it’s important that we do! So that’s my little goal and most likely New Year’s resolution! To look after myself more!
Legs in the AM before work then a busy Monday as usual!

Another thing to check would be liver health – Ferritin is stored inside liver cells (hepatocytes) and when these cells are damaged, they release ferritin into the blood. So it would be good to check liver health if you haven’t done already!

Rest day today ! Have spent the day catching up with some life admins and seeing a close friend for coffee!! Upper in the morning then a day chilling out, which I’m very much looking forward too, especially after what has been a mental couple of weeks!

Good evening everyone! Hope you’ve all had a good day! Busy day but steady day, warehouse and pull this morning with client work this evening. Next push up has begun, so implementation of 180mg primo per week and 10mg anavar going in, with growth and femtest staying the same. This will be the last push of 2025 before getting ready for prep in 2026. Excited would be an understatement when it comes to getting back on stage! So bring it on! Rest day tomorrow , back in the warehouse then a couple of admin bits to finish off in the evening!
Hi Sara, I am not very deep into Womens Bodybuilding and have never heard of femtest.
Is it some kind of less androgenic testosterone?[/quote]
Hi Quentin – so femtest is a low dose test – typically comes in 10mg/ml so it’s easy to dose. Doses are very small, so if you can imagine trying to get 4.5mg out of 300mg/ml is very difficult, so some labs designed femtest to make it easier for us ladies!
