Very proud of them all! For now, we go into the new week after a good sleep! Have a good one everyone!

Don’t overwhelm yourself. Start with little changes first and become consistent with those. For example , getting up at 8am and drinking a litre of water, going to bed at the same time every night, switching off your phone at a certain point. People over complicate the hell out of things now a days which results in people falling out of love with the process. Another thing I would also do is to focus on doing a training split you enjoy in the gym, not one you feel is forced or one that you’re doing because everyone else is. Find that love again, and go from there.

Trained a little later which I feel made a huge difference as was able to get a little more sleep and a little more food in (as I usually train with just my intra) so felt very good! Numbers across the board increased and everything felt gooood! Legs in the am , the travelling to telford for PCA first timers!

Just getting my girls ready for their showings this weekend, and doing client check ins as per usual! nothing too crazy tbh! Tomorrow is upper, so shall get that done early doors before a busy day of client work !

Steady day for me , posterior was a little funky today, squat press and knees were not friends , I normally just press through the pain but today was not happening . Isolation work went very well , it’s just the press that didn’t want to move! Fed this back to cal and we’ve swapped it out for the Roger’s hip press with Quad emphasis so will run this for a little while 🙂 work was steady and everything else good! So cannot complain!!

Much like the other athletes have said – remove t3 , keep t4 in and retest 🙂

Pull yesterday and push today, both seeing a good amount of progress. Check in with cal on Sunday left us just ticking along, no need to change anything at the moment 🙂 I have check in again tomorrow and I can imagine it’s very much just more of the same! I have posterior tomorrow before work and it should be a good one!!

Training with your wife is fine, it’s just her goals will require a different approach (volume etc) much like anyone male or female. What are you currently doing? I know you mentioned you’re looking to build muscle and she just wants to stay fit , but whats the starting split?

Decided to move my rest days to be either side of legs this week instead of pull as I’ve been feeling pretty beaten up from this week, and I’m glad I did it this week because yesterday’s session was very good ! I have pull in the AM tomorrow before a very busy day working! Checked in with Cal where I will await his response ready for the new week!

Kuba has hit this on the head – Calories are calories at the end of the day. If you find those food sources easier to get in then use them. I personally try to ensure the majority of my diet is whole foods and limit sugar as much as I can but thats not to say I don’t have sugar at all. Like I said , if this works for you then it works for you 🙂
