Rest day today, I was supposed to do legs however woke up feeling very rough, so decided to swap my rest day around and recover, especially as its a big session. So legs early tomorrow , then a day of admin and catching up on life! Which I’m excited for 🙂

I have a very active job so I typically work through steps through the day, however I’ve previously done about 5k in the morning fasted, and break up the day with short works, the doggy appreciates the short walks through the day too!

I would drop down volume but try and keep the intensity at a good level. During dieting it can be hard to keep the intensity high, but we still need training to be ticking along! So still train hard!

I personally place the majority of carbohydrates around the training window as that’s when it’s needed most. A small amount of carbs pre bed is fine, I just wouldn’t place loads pre bed as o wouldnt want to be going to bed heavy and I would rather place the carbs around my training window.

Learn about the coach and what they offer, study what they’ve done before, have a chat. I would always have a chat with their clients , they’re going to be the best port of call if you want true answers. That’ll give you an idea as to why they charge what they do

Good evening team!! So the past couple of days have been AMAZING! I spent yesterday talking at a PED conference about harm reduction and what we can do to keep people safer, being in a room with people who really want to help others is the best feeling. The networking opportunities are amazing aswell , met so many amazing doctors and researches – very blessed to have been asked to do it. Today I trained , got two clients on boarded and ready to start – tomorrow is a rest day and I will definitely be chilling!

I personally would get bloods done, there’s no harm in seeing where these are at and whether there’s any potential reasons leading to this fatigue you’re feeling. Regarding other elements , is your job demanding a lot of the time? as you mentioned you do deliveries sometimes – how often is sometimes? (I’ve previously worked in warehouses where the output is huge, so I can appreciate the tiredness stemming from this possibly ) How about your diet, whats this look like? can you write it out for us to see please. If your day to day output is high then you might need to adjust those cals – especially carbohydrates IMO, but the reason I ask for it to be written out is purely because it might be lacking in variety and important micronutrients that can help with energy levels etc – so be sure to write this out. As you can imagine , the more information the better!

Good evening squad! I hope everyone is good! Busy couple of days travelling up north for a PED university conference talking to lecturers about all things females and drugs. I got asked to do this when working with a student on her PHD about the support surround females and PED usage a while back, and this is simply an opportunity I cannot miss out on. Being able to voice and educate people on drug use within woman is a huge part of something I want to build, so this is very much a stepping stone to developing more awareness about this subject. Check in will cal also went very well , thyroid markers where all veryyy good (I had bloods done to get these checked a few days ago) and we’ve got the green light to push a little harder here in terms of food – food has been bumped seeing TD cals go to 3577 and NTD to 3341, digestion and everything is bang on, composition is good, so might aswell take this and move forward! I had 3 new clients on board this week, with another potential client next week , this is bloody exciting tbh! Everything has very much been goooood this week and I’m always grateful for times like this and for being able to do what I love every day. Wake up blessed, grateful and ready to seize the day!

Hi team! I hope everyone has had a good day! A good day , finishing off my posterior session this morning with back, which was a good quick session, then into work, client check ins and 2 consults , which resulted in 2 clients (returning clients too! Which I truly love , gives me confidence that people enjoy their time with me as a coach and enjoy the service , so this brings a smile to my face!) other then that a steady day! Tomorrow is upper, so another good session incoming!
