Another Monday in the bag! Busy today! Posterior this morning which took a little longer to complete, so I ended up splitting the session into 2 , I’ll do the back portion tomorrow and completed the legs today. I hate rushing, so if i need to split sessions I will. So back will be completed tomorrow before work. Today is my usual client check ins then catch up with my client that competed on the weekend for reflection – this is something I do with all competitors post show, reflection is key to progression! So that’s why I implement it . Tomorrow is very much the same as today, so let’s go in and keep doing the do!

Busy day at a client show today! She took 3rd in open figure today and she’s very happy with that! We both are! Her physique is comparison to last year is night and day different , and that’s what matters! Push for me in the AM then just catching up with life! Have a good Sunday everyone!

I get horrendous carpal tunnel from my HGH if I go over a certain dose. I just drop down if too much, for example 5iu has given me issues before so just dropped down to 4iu. It usually gets better after that, so I would just advise dropping down slightly

Big day of travel today up to wigan for a client show this weekend! I have a figure client competing and she’s on the money , so I’m very excited for that! Pull was completed this morning which was another good session in the bag! Rest day tomorrow and all focus on my client!

I personally would have you strip things back and avoid doing unilateral compounds and only focus on unilateral isolation work until you can get things firing again, no point doing a unilateral compound if you can’t isolate then pec and get that connection, especially if you’ve already mentioned about a possible issues within the area before.

Rest day today team! I had a first aid course this morning which was very standard, then an evening with client check ins and business consults (which I’ve got some super exciting things coming very soon!) so that was super exciting! Also getting a client ready to compete on the weekend so heading up to Wigan tomorrow to watch the show over the weekend! Excited is an understatement!

I can always tell when recovery is slipping when lifts stop progressing and mental focus starts to slip (when tiredness creeps up into the high levels) so keep an eye on both physical ability and mental focus!

Gooood day everyone! Hope everyone is well! Steady day here, was a pretty stressful start as my photos for my check in corrupted and I only noticed this when I arrived to train , and I HATE having issues with my check in , so will retake tomorrow for cal . Rest day tomorrow with a few little bits and bobs to do in the day but that’s that!

Good evening!! An amazing day was had today! Upper this morning was ace, a few hours in the warehouse doing orders then got to witness Adonis SMASH the world record hip thrust, 506.2kg was the final number and it was ace ! Seeing people do incredible things is the best! Given me hella motivation for legs in the morning , which I’m so excited for! Tomorrow gonna be a good day!

Happy Monday! Really good Monday today, rest day today and just client check ins to be done as I wasn’t in the warehouse today, also managed to see a client for an in person check in which was brill! Check in with cal yesterday saw calories increase on both TD and NTD , cals look like this
TD – 3425 – 274/506/60
NTD – 3118 – 247/357/78
Feeling good on these with no digestive issues , aim now is to continue with cycle and solidify 180lbs+ . Cycle is still 150mg primo per week , 10mg anavar daily and 4.5mg of fem test weekly, we might look to increase the primo but only if we feel we need too. Side effects from anabolics are minimal here, maybe minus some spots here and there but generally nothing out of the ordinary and I feel good. Gym performance is flying and I coudnt be happier with that. Tomorrow back at it with upper and then warehouse shift with client check ins in the evening 🙂 Recheck with cal on Wednesday and we keep chipping away!
