Happy Monday! Really good Monday today, rest day today and just client check ins to be done as I wasn’t in the warehouse today, also managed to see a client for an in person check in which was brill! Check in with cal yesterday saw calories increase on both TD and NTD , cals look like this
TD – 3425 – 274/506/60
NTD – 3118 – 247/357/78
Feeling good on these with no digestive issues , aim now is to continue with cycle and solidify 180lbs+ . Cycle is still 150mg primo per week , 10mg anavar daily and 4.5mg of fem test weekly, we might look to increase the primo but only if we feel we need too. Side effects from anabolics are minimal here, maybe minus some spots here and there but generally nothing out of the ordinary and I feel good. Gym performance is flying and I coudnt be happier with that. Tomorrow back at it with upper and then warehouse shift with client check ins in the evening 🙂 Recheck with cal on Wednesday and we keep chipping away!

I also would count the fats from oats, even though it’s not a direct source

Rest day for me today! Just a long walk with the pup and some time to switch off this evening! Posterior in the morning which I already know will be a good one!

I personally prefer performance fuel because it sits slightly better then the sustain, both are incredible products but as the other athletes have said , its really down to personal preference 🙂

Good evening team! Hope everyone is having a good week and ready for the weekend! Very stead week this week, with honestly, not much going on! Check in with cal was good this week, keeping things as they are for the time being as there is really no need to change anything! If it isn’t broke don’t fix it! Rest tomorrow and looking forward to spending some time with my other half as we haven’t all week! Have a great weekend people !

Good evening! another day in the bag! Legs this morning was very good , went in feeling a little sore this morning especially in the knee and hip region, however a little more time warming up worked a treat, and it turned out to be a very good session! Rest day tomorrow, and then back in for pull on Thursday!

Huge eater of fruits here! My go to fruits are blueberries, raspberries and cherries (with the occasional pineapple in there aswell) but much like Claire, I eat all fruits.
There isn’t one i would recommend avoiding tbh – just ensure its fresh fruit and counted towards your daily intake 🙂

Rest day here at the Bradley household! I went for a wonderful walk with a close friend around Ashton court today in Bristol, which was such a lovely way to finish off the weekend. I’ve then spend the afternoon cleaning the house , ready for the week. You’ll have noticed from previous posts how sunday is a day where I clean the house and get things ready for the week, I can notice a huge shift in mental space/ability to focus, if the area I’m in is organised and clean, if I don’t get this done prior to the week starting, I do really struggle. So knowing this is done and dusted has me excited for the week to start 🙂 A busy week as per usual but nothing I’m not excited for!

Something that I’ve utilised in the past when its come to knee issues was blood flow restriction training. This is heavily used within rehab due to its ability to allow the athlete to train at a good intensity without having to use a weight that might make the injury worse. BFR, if done correctly, can be hugely beneficial (and hurts like hell!) I’ve popped a website below that goes into a little more in depth about it . Hope this helps!

The benefits of Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT)
What is blood flow restriction training?Blood flow restriction training, is a training method that involves use of a pneumonic cuff (like the ones a doctor uses to take blood pressure) to alter the blood flow into your limbs while you perform … Continue reading

Hey! I personally don’t use any of the sugar free sauces as they play havoc on my digestion. I actually use full sugar ketchup in my off-season , I don’t use much but a squirt here and there isn’t going to cause much harm , however when it comes to prep , I won’t use anything , that’s just down to personal preference. I have clients that use sauces as they’ve asked, it’s just accounted for 🙂

Hello!! Hope everyone is having a good Saturday! Today I had posterior on the menu , which was good! An immaculate vibe in the gym today aswell, which always helps! Knees a little sore on the squat press today however , still managed to progress. I’m going to keep with that weight for the next couple weeks to clean things up then push for 9+ plates which is well within my grasp. I’m with some university mates tonight celebrating one of them getting over a pretty substantial health issue, so that’s going to be very good. Rest day tomorrow , I’ve got a walk booked in with a close friend and then just chilling! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Squad!! Here we are! Another day done. Push today was absolutely mega! Steady increases across the session, pushing movements are much better in terms of execution now, which is something I really wanted to focus on going into this phase . So very happy with that. Rest day tomorrow so spending some time with my partner before she works the weekend !
