I’ve always just grabbed some ice packs and kept them in a cool bag! Never had any issues 🙂

18 week out team!! lets goo!! Pre prep phase has started, no direct changes to cals yet but PEDS out and just down to femtest at 4.5mg weekly. Bloods will be done beginning of march when things will be ramped up. The plan is to hold this weight (86kg) and ease into the deficit. Very happy with how things are currently looking and cannot wait to get deep into prep!

Great tool for nutrition partitioning and BG like Phoebe said! Always a good tool to use! Start having it with your biggest carbohydrate meal! 🙂 then dose accordingly through the day when food starts to creep higher!

Hey Evangelos – Can you let us know what you’ve previously done in the past and what you’re currently doing now? and if you’re happy to share some pictures of your current physique that would be very useful!

Late session for me today due to being super busy with work! Pull was good and the gym was nice and quiet which is my favourite ! aha . Steady numbers across the board, everything moving up in some way or another! Legs tomorrow with a client then it’s a busy afternoon onboarding a couple more clients!

Just cant wait to be back up on stage and doing the do! My currently cycle will end this week where we’ll run a baseline phase, get bloods done again and go from there! Bring on this season!

Agree with the above here . Grabbing some P5P and implementing is a good place to start ! 🙂

Agree with Adam here. Old fashioned deadlifts will go a very long way for overall back development, plus theres nothing better than loading up the bar and ripping it off the floor!

Rest day today! Very busy as expected but a good busy! I have an eye test in the morning (as I’m blind AF) and then doing some content with my videographer , which is always super fun! A little quieter day tomorrow but the usual work to be done!

Another week has begun! Mondays are always a pretty crazy day but they’re always good days! Warehouse work and pull session this morning, then check ins a podcast and content work done this morning! All of which went well!! Tomorrow is a rest day, so pretty much the same as today but minus the training ! Nothing too crazy or out of the ordinary!

I have used Eval for the past 3 years and cannot sing their praises enough. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t already!

I would always say what fits best with your schedule tbh. Personally I always do steps in the morning and cardio after training. I want to keep myself as fresh for training as possible and I feel doing cardio in the AM prior to training can hinder that.
