Hi Nick – I would keep the same meal but I would add in a fat source like 85% dark chocolate – if it sits well, then why change it. Obviously you would change the amounts of things due to a different calorie set up for the rest day, but there no harm in keeping in the cream of rice meal π

Good evening squad! hope everyone has had a good day! Pull this morning was a very steady session tbh, had a little regression on my pulldown movement – but in the grand scheme of things I’m happy with how it went (especially as the DOMS are hitting hard already ! aha – push in the morning as had to move a few things around as I’m travelling on the weekend so instead of rest day tomorrow I’ll swap push into it π

As a WPD pro – the most I’ve ever ran is 200mg of primo weekly and never gone over 20mg of anavar as never needed too. This is a very low exposure compared to other WPD pros, and as Jordan said it does vary hugely from person to person, category to category – I’m very open about my drug use as I feel its important for people to truly understand what it takes to be a competitive bodybuilder.

There would be no harm in reducing the rep ranges – I personally would have it set up with 2 working sets 6-10 / 10-15, as you ideally want to get strong across multiple rep ranges , not just the one. However I probably wouldn’t go any lower than 6 π I hope this helps!

Rest day today! The usual massage in the AM, follow by a shift at the warehouse and then working on clients this afternoon. Checked in with Cal this morning, very happy with how things currently are, no changes today we simply keep moving forward! Pull in the morning and then another day of working !

Really good leg day today – majority of movements progressed today. Leg extension was the only one that was a little stubborn but it happens! Check in with cal in the morning, followed by a massage and rest day π itβs going to be a good day!

Hi capo!
Much like Rob said , find a split that works with your lifestyle , goals and that itβs one you enjoy! Give it a good run and see where it takes you. If you want to get the most out of a split I would run it for a good period of time before making any adjustments. Is there any reason other than just wanting to experiment thatβs making you want to change your split??

Upper this morning – very happy – progression on pressing is absolutely flying at the moment which is super fucking cool tbh! I have legs in the morning and then a chilled day working and sorting clients! Another day doing what I love!

Much like the other athletes have said – I would get it looked at by a medical professional first – get some answers , that way you can amend training based on what the physio has said. For the mean time I would do any movements that DO NOT aggravate the issue – isolation movements like leg extension and leg curls. But the priority here is to get seen too, don’t just ignore it.

Rest day today team! So not much to report! In for upper in the morning and the usual shifts and work! Into another week we go!

If you’ve maxed out the machines at the gym – think about how you can make that movement harder – sitting in the stretch longer , tempo changes, rep increases – theres always a way to make things a little more challenging . TUT style sets are always fun for calves , so that could be something to incorporate if you’ve maxed out the machines π

Posterior done and dusted today ! very happy with how things are moving here – session looks like this currently
Single leg curl x 2
Loaded hyperextenion x 2
squat press x 2
lying hamstring x 2
Prime CS upper back row x 2
Prime pulldown x 2
Standing calves x 3
Leg raises x 2
Everything progressed today which is mega so can’t complain! Out this evening for my dad and sisters bday – so I’m excited to see them as it’s been a while! Rest day tomorrow then back at it Monday!

I actually would like to add an opposing opinion here – I use anavar in my offseason cycles (usually alongside femtest and primo) and feel great. HOWEVER I would like to follow this up with the fact I do get regular blood work which allows me to keep everything in check . Yes , I do agree with the fact that orals run a slightly higher level of toxicity but this is what works for me. Would I run orals for clients or other people in a offseason setting , probably not, due to the above, but for me – it’s a good addition to my offseason cycles.

Good evening everyone ! I hope you’ve all had a wonderful day! Had an awesome session today filming with Josh Malay for his pro series, always an honour to be asked to do things like that tbh. so that was a lot of fun! We filmed a push session, and honestly the pump was stupid and strength gooood – so I really can’t complain! I have posterior in the morning which should be good – so I’m excited for that!

I’ve used rice flakes before and absolutely loved them – they’re inexpensive and do the job!
