Busy day with consults ! Good to see so many people wanting to take action towards their goals! Also so good to see a couple of old clients coming back on board – thats always a really good thing to see! So lots of bits to do regarding coaching this morning then had a lovely evening/afternoon with my other half and animals – so can’t complain! itching to get back in the gym monday!

Day one of deload done and already wanna be back in the gym aha – I really do find my mental clarity is so much better when I have training in play then when I don’t , but this deload is very much needed so its going to be done! Busy day with client check ins and a couple of meetings regarding performance nutrition , which was super interesting! Tomorrow I’ve got a shift at the warehouse and then home to do check ins as per usual ! Another day closer to the stage 🙂

Heya Shane! I do currently have a mentor that I bounce things off of and I’m looking into doing the MAC nutrition course this year! So lots to look forward to and learn! -

A pretty hefty drop of food to begin with but I’m actually buzzing to get this started – so we should see a good hefty little drop in these first weeks. Training to stay the same, no need to change anything here yet.

1-2 times a night is not unusual tbh. I go about this, and much like Jordan a little more when I’m lean. I think this goes for alot of other people too.

Hope all are well! Warehouse work ticked off, sorting house bits out after work then some client catch ups this evening – cannot wait for my bed tonight! Last check in before prep starts on Monday, so I will pop up everything from check in tomorrow – bloody exciting to get started! Into another day we go!

Another rest day completed ! Massage this morning then some client work mid day – nothing to crazy today ! Also saw Tom this evening to ensure everything is good to go for prep to start on Monday – very excited indeed! Warehouse work tomorrow then seeing some friends in the evening for plenty of puppy cuddles!

Absolutely agree with Jordan here – Focus on getting into the gym and hitting a variety of rep ranges – don’t over complicate things. When I was 16 I was just moving weight until I couldn’t move it anymore – enjoy the process, eat your meals and train like a beast!

Another day done and dusted! Busy day today working then home to client checks in ! Nothing too crazy going on at the moment tbh ! Massage in the morning then a meeting with the accountant to go over all the fun adult stuff! Another day coming up!

Hi Max – I used to get this really bad until I focused on actually breathing properly through the set. I know it sounds silly but a lot of us get into the set and forget to breathe ! So next time you do your leg press set, really think about proper breathing technique. Also another one that might be worth mentioning is , a lot of people grip onto the handles for dear life – this creates a huge amount of tension through the traps and into the neck , so this could also be the reason for the headaches, so try not to grip too hard if this is something you do.
Much like Claire said it could also be related to things like blood pressure, so be sure to get that checked if you can.

I always ensure (as meg has mentioned) that brace is tight and aggression towards the movement is there. Give yourself some time to truly lock yourself into the set.

Really good day all around today! Legs this morning was brilliant – was a little worried about my knees being a little too sore for some movements but with a few more warm up sets – it was good ! Now time for a deload , let everything heal up and get ready for prep to start on the 27th.

Heya team! Hope everyone is good, today ended up being a rest day, as I woke up still feeling pretty rough, so legs tomorrow and I’m feeling ready for it! Dosed up on unwind today to ease how I was feeling and I’m feeling much better.
