ICM or ProIQ are brilliant. ProIQ has a specific time of uptake but ICM is something you can join at anytime. J3 have also just released a female specific course which you can find on the website.

Hi! How are you calories split (pro/fat/carbs) at the moment? do you have a training day and non training day set up? and how are you feeling on your current set up? I personally like to place a good amount of carbohydrates around the training window for performance purposes. If you could give us a little more information on current set up outside of just cals that would be epic!

If you’re feeling good the go for it! It’s an easy fix if you’re finding you can’t recover, you just remove the extra set and return back to baseline volume 🙂

I had a wonderful day with my family , eating lots and spending some quality time together! Today was a pull session, which was brilliant! Progression on everything and feeling strong! (think the pigs in blankets helped this! aha) Rest day tomorrow, with a massage in the morning which I’m looking forward too!

Happy Christmas Eve everyone! I hope you’re all ready for the festivities tomorrow! I trained posterior today which absolutely flew! Very happy! The hyperextension has been swapped out for a belt squat RDL so I set my numbers today on that. First time doing a RDL variation in about 8 years so I’m excited! It felt epic too so I can’t wait to run the numbers up on this! tomorrow is a rest day anyway, which works well for Christmas! But back in for pull on boxing day! Have a wonderful Christmas everyone!

Personally no and wouldn’t . Its not worth the risk especially when you already have some mad strong pre workouts on the market (DNFM as example!)

Rest day today for me! So just the usual Monday here! Client check ins, warehouse work and chilling this evening! Upper in the morning and then same again as yesterday!

Hey David! I personally have used cronometer for tracking calories, however I know a lot of people do also use my fitness pal (this is more commonly used I believe). These both keep track of everything! Protein, carbs, fats and overall calories, you can also scan in food sources which make it easy to track when on the go!

Rest day today! Went out for a lush walk with my pooch this morning! Got very muddy so a bath was certainly needed after! Then caught up with a few client bits this afternoon, and thats that! I’ve got legs in the morning before another chilled day at home! Very quiet weekend this weekend! (needed before the Christmas rush!)

Hi team!! Hope everyone has had a great day! Into the weekend we go! Had a really good day today ! Massage this morning, then spent a couple hours working in the coffee shop, then an afternoon of filming with my videographer! Filmed some epic little bits so I’m excited to see them! Pull went realllllly well today with all numbers going up and general connection with my back a solid one! Rest day tomorrow then a chilled day ahead!

I’ve used small amounts of superdrol before and noticed a huge change in fullness – so you will deffo know if it’s legit or not.

Legs today was VERY very good! Squats felt incredible today with weight going up and reps as well. Smith squats have never felt this good before, so as you can imagine I’m buzzing! Every other portion of the sessions was equally good too! Rest day tomorrow and check in with cal! Another day to tick off!

I use the bac water from biolabs and never had any issues tbh!
