I personally wouldn’t, however if you’re really struggling I would half or even quarter the dose.

Pull today! This went much better than I thought it might, especially with how the elbow has been feeling. I had to change hand position around for a couple of movements but was still able to get the hard work done which is epic! The afternoon we spent taking the dog for a lovely long walk, and then home for a movie night on the sofa! What a lovely day indeed!

If worried about whether the product you’re buying is something else or diluted, you could also send it off for testing. Better to be safe and confirm your suspicions, then continue jabbing something thats causing issues.

Rest day today ! So very much chilled day today! Tomorrow is pull, hoping my elbow/forearm holds out okay as thats been giving me a little jip recently so we shall see! I’ve started some direct flexor and extensor work as I feel it could be the beginnings of a tendonopathy, so want to avoid that getting worse. A small little run of BPC alongside the rehab should do it wonders, so fingers crossed!

Overhand bicep curls and hammer curls are MEGA for forearm work, mix this in alongside direct wrist flexion and extension exercises and you’re good to go! I have also found my forearms grew a lot when I did heavy rows and back work just purely from the grip element, so don’t write off the secondary load they get from back work! 🙂

Busy day today! Travelled to Wales to see a client and then trained legs at GAH gym on my way home, which is always a great gym! Very happy with the session tbh, so cannot complain! Rest day tomorrow , so a day to finish off some work and get in front for next week!

Good evening team! I hope everyone is well! Late session today for me as have been locked into work, so wanted to let that flow! Just about to head off for upper, which should be a good session! Lots of client bits today, with plenty of check ins! Tomorrow I go and see my client in Wales for a in person check in, which I always look forward too! Then it’s home for check ins and chill!

I would go straight to the GH if you can afford it. You can’t beat good GH!

Posterior done and dusted today! Was feeling a little tired going into this session today, but I think that might just be the dark and cold mornings doing their thing! Cannot wait for the lighter ,warmer mornings to come into play! numbers held in this session which I’m happy with so cant complain! Tomorrow is a rest day and I’m out with friends for coffee then catching up with some admin work in the afternoon! Should be a good day!

Good evening squad! I hope you all had a wonderful evening and weekend! I spent the weekend away with my other half doing another paranormal investigation at Shepton mallet prison! We’ve been there before but wanted to go a second time and it certainly did’nt disappoint! After last weeks check in , I completed a 3 day deload with this next week being a devolume focus where I just do the back off set work and focus on maintaining load and perfecting execution. It’s then really time to drive the prep forwards. Tomorrow is posterior and it should be a good one!

Hey Jack – Personally from looking at your photos I would carry on steadily bulking. If the need to diet isn’t there and you feel good while performance in the gym is still progressing and composition is good (which I would say it is) then keep pushing. Yes, we look at body weight as a variable to track but visuals are key here. You might get to 105kg and still have a relatively good composition, so make decisions based off of that. Just because it’s over the 101kg mark doesn’t mean you suddenly have to start dieting. Just keep doing what you’re doing and progress will continue to come 🙂

A pretty standard day for me today! Massage this morning and then client check ins this afternoon! I am running a short 3 day deload as decided between me and Cal , which is timed well as I’m away this weekend doing a paranormal investigation, so I’m looking forward to that! First day of the new diet , which is gooood! 🙂 onwards we go!
