What do you do for work? Are you in manual labour? or are you at a desk typing all day? Repetitive tasks that are done outside of the gym could be contributing to what you’re feeling.

100% agree with what other athletes have said here! I used to do my own made high calorie shakes when I was powerlifting in uni because they’re far cheaper, and are 100% whole foods. Some of these mass shakes now a days are filled with sugars/ other crap. So you’re better off making your own!

Another Thursday done and dusted ! Busy day! I had a catch up with my accountant today then had therapy in the afternoon, which is always a good way to free the mind up a little! I’ve been working with James Elliot for a while now and I cannot recommend him enough, hes brilliant! Tomorrow I have a massage in the AM then posterior and then an evening of DnD with some friends so should be a good day!

I think a huge thing for you right now my lovely, is to ensure you’re enjoying what you’re doing and to not over complicate things! Too many people now a days , do too much , get confused and then end up hating the process. Pick something that you’ll enjoy, get really good at it and then do it over and over again, thats how you’ll make the best progress. When I started I did the most bro split ever, I made sure I benched , deadlifted and squatted through the week because I loved doing that! The more you enjoy the process, the more you’ll get out of it!

Good evening people! Hope you’ve all had a good day! Today was a steady day! Had a catch up with a posing coach this morning to solidify a posing slot for the next 16 weeks! I also had a call with someone to help design a landing page for the buisness , so all in all a good day! Pull was generally good, as mentioned previously I haven’t been feeling 100% and must admit felt it today but pushed on, so this evening I’m having a hot cup of lemsip then off to bed! Rest day tomorrow with another couple of calls dotted around and just fully sending the client check ins and content work! should be a good day!

To follow on from Adam I would recommend getting some deep tissue work on the area. A contributing factor to any tendon issue can be tight musculature around the area , causing activation patterns to change, placing unnecessary tension on other areas resulting in a tendon overuse issue aka a tendonopathy or Tendonitis.

Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you’re all well! Today was a rest day for me, so a shift at the warehouse then home to client check ins , a couple calls and now just finishing up here! Tomorrow I’ve got pull , a couple of plans changed as I was due to train up in Birmingham but it had to be rescheduled for Saturday! So just a steady session on my own tomorrow which is fine by me! 🙂 Looking forward to it nevertheless!

Good evening everyone! Hope you’re all well! Today was legs and what a good session it was! especially considering that I’ve felt a little rough these past couple days! Rest day tomorrow then I’m off up to Birmingham to train with Martyn Ford on Wednesday which should be super fun! So I’m looking forward to that!

The best way to set up a good check in spot is to ensure you’ve got a black background, I literally went to a fabric shop and brought a black sheet and pinned it to my wall, so if costs need to be kept low then this is the way forward! A tripod that allows you to see the entire physique , feet included and a ring light as you can control the lighting as you please and keep it as standardised as possible. This is the set up I’ve used since the very beginning and it’s never failed! 🙂

I’ve used it pre workout on training days ONLY and its worked wonders for strength and performance. The reason why I didn’t run it all the time is because it can drive my blood pressure a little high so just utilising it on days I trained helped to control that 🙂

Hello everyone!! hope you’re all having a good Saturday so far! I had an epic upper session this morning after a night of ghost hunting at Gloucester prison, which is always super fun! So despite the later night , the session was epic! Then the rest of the day was spent catching up on some sleep and watching films, a very good day indeed!

I’ve personally found some GH brands worse than others when it comes to things like this – so it might be worth changing the brand and exploring another GH source

Good evening everyone! hope you’re all well! Late session today as had lots of work and check ins to get done today , so swapped my usual morning session to the evening, which tbh was ace. I might have a little rejig of my routine as I go into prep to ensure everything is sorted and good to go. Posterior was a good steady session, with numbers still moving in the right direction. Tomorrow is a rest day with a massage in the morning! I am also spending the night in Gloucester prison doing more ghost hunting which is always a lot of fun! So should be a good day all round!

287 on wake , cycle kicked back up ! Last small push before diet time , will likely see me get to 296/297 over the next couple months then I’m very happy. Upper today. General Fatigue is very high now from workload but it is what it is .
Exciting things about to unfold , we get into the unit for MFG very soon, so that will be fitted out with an MFG show room gym , and then we have the room there for racking to store and fulfil kit.
I’m about to move out of the warehouse as it needs racking as we are entirely overflowing in the main warehouse , I am moving into my own private gym space , it’s very nice , I will decor that nice as we bought the warehouse so we are our landlords so can do whatever we want in there .
The huge warehouse that’s just come on the market across the road from the gym , we have just put an offer in to buy as well , it’s a perfect size for our own manufacturing. That will allow us to cut out costs a touch more for wholesale , and with the tbjp eu and eu wholesale site now active that’s a big deal.
2026 is defo the busiest year of my life so far with the most moving parts , the launching of new things , and the expansion of things . And competing again too 🙂

Push day with videographer Laz today which is always alot of fun!! Grabbed some really good topics to talk about so keep an eye out for those reels on my instagram Smallbutmighty20! This afternoon was followed up by taking the dog for a lovely walk and catching up with some client work! Other then that a chilled day was had!
