Monday has been and gone! A great start to the week! A very good leg session, filmed a couple of youtube videos and Cal was happy with check in, so a brilliant monday all around! No immediate changes needed for now with my own set up, next check in is wednesday and if we need to change anything , then it will be changed. Tomorrow is a rest day, with a couple of fun things thrown in (which you’ll all be finding out soon! ) So another brilliant day coming up!

Happy sunday!! Hope everyone has had a brilliant weekend! Such an epic weekend seeing the TBJP crew and watching the show! My lovely client kayleigh came third, and we know what we need to do to become even more competative, be bigger! So thats the plan! We might do another show in 8 weeks for a little more stage time, but she’s going to have a think! I have check in with cal tomorrow morning, and then its into another week!

I would always advise using injectable tbh – far more effective for your situation .

Good morning everyone! Hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend so far! Pro qual today with client Kayleigh, shes ready to go and i’m excited to see her on stage! Also looking forward to seeing the crew too! Rest day due to the amount of travelling i’ll be doing today, but cardio and fasted steps have been done already so thats been ticked off! Then in for upper tomorrow! Should be a good weekend!!

Good evening everyone! hope you’re all well! Pull today went well and second check in with cal done this week, no changes going forward so we just stay the course. I am checking in with him3 times a week now, so next check in will be Friday. I’ve been suffering with carpal tunnel in my hands again which has affected my sleep (this will be from the GH , as i seem to be very sensitive to it even at lower doses) so i’ve dropped my GH to 2iu for the next few days to see if this helps, then if cleared will bump to 3iu and assess. Other then that , things are moving well and i’m happy with where I am! Push tomorrow at GAH gym in wales as i’m seeing a client as she moves into the final stages of peak week before the pro qual on saturday! Exciting weekend ahead!

Protein – Tuna, eggs etc would recommend buying meat in bulk though as cheaper that way.
Carb sources – Oats, rice, pasta, again its worth looking at buying in bulk here too.

Monday done and dusted! A crazy day ticked off, trained legs today and it was a very good session! Knee/quad is so much better now so i was able to step away from the superset of leg extensions and pendulum and just do them as two single entitiys! Both felt brilliant , especially the pendulum! So we should have the all clear to load this slightly more so next time. I have a rest day tomorrow and i’m off to go and see my client kayleigh for an in person as shes competing at the pro qual this weekend! I then have a podcast and oboards todo! Another busy day but good day!

Happy easter sunday guys! The weather is beatiful so make the most of it! Check in with cal this morning was good, we’ve had a food drop an cardio increase. TD diet now sits as 2406 and NTD 2010. Cardio is at 30 mins x 4 per week with steps being at 17k (8k done fasted) PEDS etc all the same as when I last updated you on prep progress. I’m feeling good, training is going well, so I really cannot complain! Next week is a busy week with plenty of new starters and a wellness competitior going for her card next weekend , so will be travelling to see her this week! A good week that i’m looking forward too!

Cardio wise i’ve found that between 2-3 session of low intensity for 20 mins is a good amount that doesnt bleed into recovery.

Rest day today! Very productive day was had! 2 new clients jumping onboard today and an in person check in with my client Mia, another day doing what I love! 8 weeks out today and it hit me that next month i’m going to be on stage which is CRAZY! I have check in with Cal tomorrow so shall see what he wants to do going forward! Upper in the AM which i’m looking forward too!

I would just return back to the dosage you were originally using, especially as this did’nt cause any issues 🙂 I havent personally experienced this or know of anyone that has, however if you’ve got a high fat diet it could lead to some potential digestive issues.
