    I domt use telmisartan, i would only know if in the evening or pre bed is good timing to take it becasue i eat my majority of carb in meal 4/5/6

    It make sense take Metformin with a meal with highest carbs in day?
    I Usually take 250mg at meal 1 and 250 at meal 5( the highest in carbs) about 8pm

    I notice that met in the morning cause me more weakeness, i can take all of my dosage at meal 5 or another timing ?

    How do you find the Reta on the bulk I feel soo bloated on it

    I use 0,3 mg until max 0,5 a day and i dont have problem, it remove me food cravings amd i follow easily my diet

    The numbers chucked around as to when to break are just guess work , so pick something sensible , let’s say every 8 weeks , take a week off .

    Does anyone KNOW that’s needed? No .

    Is that a semi sensible idea , ye it won’t hurt and if it does benefit , that seems logical

    Ok so the 5 on 2 off is not good idea, i can try 8 weeks on 1 off

    Or reduce?

    In my last cutting period i used only 10/20 g of hbcd intra

    200 carb drop both TD & rest day this will move you perfectly out of the gate

    You want to drop more initially, if you drop too much can always re add food , if you make a small change initially

    And fuck all happens your wasting time

    What’s your steps at ? Any cardio ?

    I can try to reduce at 10 ui only on TD lantus?

    Ok i try to drop 200 cho

    Usually i dont do any cardio , and i dont track steps
    Normally i reach a stage condition without both

    The reason that i divide into,5 days is because when i train shoulder fri and sat i because i do only lateral on fri amd only shoulder press and frontal raises on sat

    I can remove arms on sunday so do only legs

    Tuesday 8 sets chest ,2 front, 3 lateral ,2 rear

    Thru 10 sets back 3 rear delt
    Fri 6 set lateral ,6/6 arms
    Sat 6 set front should 6 chest
    Sun 10set leg
